We purchased this generator for the dual fuel feature, which it did not disappoint. Our first outage and we hooked it up to the propane tank and right away it was up and running. Very easy set up and hook up to transfer switch. It will have enough power to run most of the house in a power outage. Very glad I went with Westinghouse. I had a Westinghouse washer and dryer for 30 years and they performed very well. Great service!

I bought this for our home after heavy amount of research, and I am quite satisfied with my selection. The unit arrived via freight shipping and after a quick assembly of the wheels and feet, added oil, connected the battery it fired right up! The remote start is a fabulous feature for my wife whom might not be comfortable with walking up to this beast and getting it started. Very pleased.

We purchased this to replace our Firman dual fuel generator that stopped working. Living in a rural area, I generator is a must. This can power the essentials(well, AC, heat, washer/dryer) as needed during a power outage. I appreciate the remote and push button start on this model as that was a struggle with our previous generator. I love that it came with a battery charger as well. I am hopeful that with the correct storage and maintenance, this generator will last us for many years.

I bought this product two months ago. Had an electrician install a interlock kit on my main panel with an inlet connection within 30 ft of my generator location. With the 50 amp outlet on the generator and a 50 amp extension I can run my house during power outages. This includes my well. Finally had the chance to use last week after a storm. Really didn’t limit any power usage.

I recently purchased the WGen9500DF because I wanted a dual fuel generator to run on propane with a backup of gas. I used it for the first time yesterday for 5-1/2 hours while the power was out and it ran perfectly. I'm very happy with my purchase so far. I had a 50 AMP receptacle installed so I can connect a cable to the generator and have it connect to the whole house. No more extension cords!

This product required minimal assembly and is well worth the month, although it’s affordable for what you’re getting! I am looking forward to being able to use either propane or gas. So far we have only used it with gas. Setting up the remote start was very simple. The instructions are thorough and well written.

Bought this a couple days ago, went to start it today after filling oil, and fuel; and the gen wont turn over. Pull start is also stuck which means crank is seized on a brand new unit! Seems like someone failed to test this unit in the factory before shipping.

Bought to power my 2021 Salem Hemisphere RV, zero disappointment! This generator is a beast, she’s easy to use as I am not particularly mechanically savvy and the setup is simple. She’s pretty heavy so I did need assistance to install my feet and wheels. The remote start fired it right up, CANT WAIT TO GO CAMPING!!!!
