Easy to assemble. Doesn't run as loud as my previous generator and I love the remote start feature.

Just purchased a day ago but set up was easy. Hopefully it will work when we need it.

Problem with the new generator, but a bigger problem is Westinghouse staff that was disrespectful, rude and arrogant. I am returning the generator.

Just got it out of the box. Don't know how it works, but it looks good. Everything is just as pictured in the advertisement.

Have not had a power failure yet. It started right up. Have ran it a couple of times seen. So far so good.

I bought this for when the power goes out in the hot summer in Arizona and it powers my air conditioner. I've used it twice and very happy with it.

We haven't had to use it but we are sure glad to have it on standby! With initial setup it started immediately with no problem.

We bought this in case of a power outage and it has great features. It works as intended and gives us peace of mind in a disaster situation.
