I purchased the Westinghouse 95000FC generator to replace my Honda Black MAX because of the features it has, I am 83, can't see well but the way the Westinghouse features are placed all on the front makes it very easy to operate. Also, the electric stat with the pod is a great feature because I can't pull the coil rope on my Honda. It us a great purchase for me with the features.

I bought this 3 weeks ago and have only assembled, serviced and briefly ran under light load as I am in the process of getting home ready to accept this backup power! Generator arrived in good condition, was easily assembled and started rite up! Time will tell as I have not put under full load yet! This unit appears to have a lot of safety / electronic type equipment which is good however I don’t know how they will hold up down the road! One thing that I am not crazy about is the push button starting which is an automatic type function which is you push it once and then it automatically triggers the start function (it will automatically try to start 3 times),which is okay for when you want to use the remote control to start but I would rather have a manual type push button to press and hold to start at the generator! As I said, time will tell!!!

I bought this 9500 Dual Fuel Generator because I live in south Louisiana and are subjected to hurricanes. This generator will power my whole house including the central air conditioning. I installed a 50 amp socket connected to my main electrical service panel to connect the generator. When the power fails II just flip a few breakers, plug in the generator, push the starter button and we have power.

I haven't yet had to use the generator. How ever compared to my old generator the features and quality are very impressive. Living in a far out rural area the dual fuel option is very handy. It's sometimes difficult to obtain gasoline. Especially in winter when the power goes out. I believe to be a high quality product.

We purchased this generator to help with ease with starting and turning off the generator and we needed more power for our home. We absolutely love the push button start/stop feature and remote start/stop feature. Thank you for helping give us peace of mind!

I need a repair manual for this model. Less then 30 days and the connecting rod broke. Contacted company I bought it from told me to file warranty claim. So I did. Was told to find a shop and they would pay 200 to have it looked at but after that I needed to cover the rest! I will never buy one of these again!!

THIS IS A NICE UNIT, GREAT FEATURES AND A GOOD PRICE FOR THE FEATURES. CHARGED THE BATTERY FOR A FEW HOURS AND PUT OIL AND GAS IN IT, STARTED RIGHT UP. ALMOST CAN'T WAIT FOR THE POWER TO GO OUT AGAIN, (KNOCK ON WOOD). WE LOST OUR POWER TWICE IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS, (NEAR SEATTLE) AND OUR OLD GENERATOR STARTED LEAKING FUEL FROM CARB WHICH IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. THIS IS ELECTRIC START, AUTO CHOKE, TURN ON FUEL, FLIP A SWITCH, PUSH START BUTTON, EASY TO START AND LOOKS ROBUST AND EASY TO MAINTAIN. VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

I bought this a few weeks ago. Got it out of the box today. The instructions are clear and with the help of a friend it took very little time to get it set up and running. I like the remote start feature and the fact that I can use propane or gasoline. Hoping I never need to use it but I am comfortable with how to use it.

I made my wife run through the process of checking oil, fuel, starting, stopping and stowing the generator. She was amazed at how easy it was! She was especially excited about the key fob. No need to even go outside in the storm, she can start the generator from inside. We haven't done more than a few test runs yet, but as they say, winter is coming......

I recently purchased this generator and I'm very happy with it. I unpacked it and followed the instructions provided. Thankfully there was a full manual included so I didn't have to go online to find it. After putting the few pieces together I added oil with the oil provided and thankfully they provided a funnel to use. Otherwise it would have been a chore to get the oil into it. I used the remote start and it fired up right away. I ran it for a while and went into my house to remote stop and start it a few times. No issues and the distance of the remote was ample. I don't necessarily wish for a power outage but I am anxious to see how well it will work and power the house. It appears to be a great product.
