Usually when I purchase a product, I have to tighten all the fasteners, replace missing bolts or screws, brake out the paint etc... Not with this unit. didn't find any problems. I was impressed by the quality finish and frame welds. I did elect to us the synthetic oil and did not use the one supplied. Generator stated right up, remote works, LP hose included!

Have not had to use it in real life situation yet, and keeping my fingers crossed that we don't have to, but after initial set up/assembly and start up, I am confident that the unit will provide us with reliable electricity through any power outage. Very easy to set-up and operate. Effortless staring with the FOB remote accessory.

My father purchased this generator for me so that in the winter, if we lost power, I could still run the central propane heating system and essential electric needs. After connecting to propane line, it started right away and ran smoothly. I ran the house electricity with it for the 5 hour break-in period with the hot water heater turned off so as not to draw too much current. It did a fantastic job of keeping my gas heat and electrical appliances running.

This is the 2nd generator I bought within the month, I did not like the features of the first one so I went with Westinghouse this time and I am extremely satisfied. The push button start is very convenient as well as the remote start. It’s also easy to move around which is very nice. Highly recommend Westinghouse!

After much research on the internet, I found the perfect generator for my needs, the Westinghouse WGen9500DF. It had all the features that I was looking for that included both gas (9500 Watts) and propane (8500 Watts) fuel options, electric and manual starting, fuel gauge, and multiple AC electrical outlets. It also included several accessories such as wheels, engine oil, a funnel, tools, 12V battery charger, and a key fob for remote starting. The best part is that I found a really great deal on the price. You can't go wrong with this unit!

I bought this in December of 2021 and have used it for fun and also for power outages and well I can't complain one bit about it - it runs the whole house and my garage with no problem and when used for fun - it has run all that was hooked to it for me. So this is the perfect unit for what I needed and some. TWO THUMBS UP !! Recently I asked on how and where to get some parts (extra) so I could have when the services are due - and well they responded back quickly with their website to get parts - and they also explained that if I needed any other help to either call or email the customer help. I bought this generator last week and was able to unpack it on Saturday. I haven't had an opportunity to put it completely through its paces, but the instructions on how to install the wheels and vibration stops on the front were clear and installation took less than 30 minutes. The power seems cleans, the manual is complete and warranty registration process was easy to complete online. I look forward to using it at our cabin property for many years to come. The diagrams and schematics are a valuable inclusion for the manual. I will add more as I have a chance to put it to its full intended use.

Just received a week ago. I haven't hooked up any cables yet, but went through the manual to set-up and initial start. Fired right up. No issues. The manual can be a little tricky to figure out, but if you take your time, you'll get it. I'm looking forward to getting the cables I need and once that's done, bring on the rolling black-outs. I'm prepared this time!

We often lose power where we are and I bought this to upgrade from a 2500 Watt machine. This was a great choice with lots of features and the benefit of the dual fuel option. I will also be installing the transfer capabilities to power the house through the control panel in the near future. The remote start and electric starts are nice too!

I bought this generator mainly for RV. Our RV is not stored close to a power source so I wanted a generator that had enough power to run 2 AC's. This Generator has both 30amp and 50 amp receptacle. This generator fired up on first try and it uses both Gasoline and propane which is another reason I bought it. I am very happy that I purchased this generator.
