I recently purchased my generator. It arrived promptly. It was easy to assemble. It started up on the first try. It looks great. Also purchased a cover that also promptly arrived and looks great. Honestly I don't have anything critical to say. I am very happy and therfore think you will be to.

started looking for generators and the Westinghouse ones seemed to be some of the highest rated by online reviews. I want one to be a manual switch backup for our house when we lose power. I went with the Wgen9500DF. I knew they must be pretty popular because they were sold out everywhere. Finally, months after searching regularly one became available and I scooped it up. So I received it a short time later. Box came in good condition. Directions are good. I went ahead and tested it using both gas and propane and it started and ran fine on both. That's where I have to stop the review though as we have not had a power outage to test it out. It seems like a nice unit though.

Arrived today in excellent condition and two delivery guys were on time and helpful. Assembly was easy except for battery connection. Manual was inaccurate. New units have singular electrical coupling rather than terminals connections. Help center was cooperative and said manual is in revision.

Enough power for the whole house, remote start, choice of gasoline or LP, included battery. All you need for a great generator during the hurricane season! Wish Westinghouse can consider to include an 50A/250V extension cord for additional cost which will make it even easier to set it up right out of box.

The WGen9500DF is a well build portable generator. It comes with everything needed to get you started . Just add oil , hook up propane or gas and go. Mine fired on the first push of the button. Great generator for the money with the high output I was looking for .

Weown a Westinghouse 7500 generator purchased previously. Works so well I am going to use it for my shop and purchased the 9500DF as an upgrade for my house. These generators are extremely efficient and reliable. Supplied all the power we needed during an 11 day power outage. We were quite comfortable the whole time. Not true for our neighbors. Ended up, the two neighbors on either sid of us were so impressed, they each bough a Westinghouse generator. One a 7500, the other a 9500DF. Love Westinghouse.

Bought to replace aging generator to use during storm outages in Louisiana. Assembly was minimum and easy with the supplied instructions. Started right up and ran great. Have not used to run my house yet but should run the complete house as I have only window units and gas stove and water heater.

I am utterly amazed by the outstanding quality and features of my new WGen9500DF generator by Westinghouse! Even the packaging was in absolute pristine condition! It was banded on top of its own pallet! It's obvious Westinghouse takes extra care in their delivery process along with every other aspect of the quality products they produce. This thing fired up immediately. It runs perfect! I am so happy that I went with a Westinghouse generator! Trust me, you can't go wrong with the Westinghouse brand. I am completely convinced. I've done my "homework" and extensive research before purchasing a generator. It has led me to the Westinghouse brand for quality features and performance. This is a great generator. It started right up when I assembled it and the instructions were very easy to follow. The electrician comes next week to install the manual transfer switch and generator plug-in outlet, so we should be good to go with whatever nature throws at us. Thanks for building a quality product!

We just purchased this after a recent outage that lasted 4 days. The price was very reasonable. It's easy to run and maintains our house when the power goes out. Even my wife is able to to hook it up when I'm away and the power goes out .... Thank you!
