After going through numerous generators that just didn't have the performance we had hoped. Our neighbor recommended this brand/model, and being an electrician he offered to wire it directly into our fuse box. So no more extension cords. If you're on the fence about which generator to select, look no further. We are now looking forward to the next power outage.

Had to return my first for a bent front control panel, the second because it wouldn't start (fuel delivery problem), my third started right up like a champ and was able to run a couple days ago when we had a power failure. It didn't like trying to run my 3ton central air unit by itself (it's circuit breaker blew, not sure the issue here) but was able to run 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 2 wall air conditioners, 2 tv's, internet, microwave and some lights at the same time through my reliance 310A transfer switch. I will try to see why my 30 amp main fuses never have tripped with my AC but this generator's does?

Arrived 11 days after purchase with no visible damage to the box. Opening revealed a well packed unit. Everything looks good. Easily installed feet, wheels, and oil. Added ethanol free gas to tank. Plugged in battery to find it dead. Plan to drag power line to garage today to charge it. Pull starting is a little more than I could manage at 68 years old. Temperature is running about 20 degrees here. May connect propane and try a couple more pulls before dragging extension cord 70 feet to the house. Impressive looking unit. Still need to investigate whether it’s safe to power electronics without filters. Expect no problems powering 2 refrigerators, a freezer, the furnace and almost the entire house from the 50 amp receptacle. May need to coordinate the range and clothes dryer.

This generator fulfills all my specifications to back up my entire medium-size house during power grid outages. Super easy to set up, outstanding product operating manual, and dual-fuel capability. Everything is well-made, and operating the generator is very simple.

I own a smaller Westinghouse generator which we use at the deer camp. So easy to use. It starts every time and stopping is fast and easy. Easy to move around the job site due to the large wide wheels. Nice tubular frame to keep it from being beat up. Run multiple cords and voltages. Best portable generator I have ever owned.

I just bought the WGen9500DF generator because the power goes out alot at my house and I believe this should work to supply my house with the power I need. It was easy to assemble and it started easy with a propane hookup. I have not started it yet with the gas but hope it works as good as the propane, time will tell.

We live in a small home in the country with a water well and this generator is powerful enough to run almost the whole house including the well, we had an 8 hour power outage last week and got to try it out and it works flawlessly, wish we would have had it for last winter’s snowmegeden

Ordered it last week and received it the next. I was looking for a dual fuel generator and this fit the bill. Set up was easy, only needed to attach wheels and feet and fill with the provided quart of oil. I connected it to my propane tank and it fired up immediately. It has a 50A socket that will allow me to hook up to my bypass box and now and ready for Florida hurricane season!

Bought this as a backup generator to tie into my main electrical panel through an interlock breaker. Being selective, the generator powers everything we need in the house during power outages. Cranked right up out of the box. Wheels and handle make it easy to move around. Great deal for the price.
