We purchased this generator to protect us during California fire season. At least we can keep our refrigerator, air filters, and Wifi running during outages. Easy to start and hook up. Running propane, never have to worry about gasoline aging or damaging engine while in storage.

This generator checks all the boxes. I was looking for a generator big enough to run my air conditioning, fans and lights. I have yet to have a need to use this as a power back-up but I have used it as a power source for exterior work. The generator is very easy to set up and, while heavy, is relatively easy to maneuver around. Noise levels are decent, particularly given the output of the model. Very happy with the purchase. :)

The generator has lots of power and easy to assemble - Just follow directions and fill it with the provided oil. It came with key fob (really cool) and oil. Hooked up to propane hit button and started right up. This was one of my better purchases this year.

After having COVID19 and then while I was still in the hospital (90 days)i contracted pneumonia. I am home now and on oxygen 24/7 I need a reliable source of electricity to run my concentrator when the power goes out. the Westinghouse 9500 duel fuel generator does the job perfectly. good price, easy remote start. ILOVE IT.

I just purchased this but have been extremely happy with my previous small generator so know this one is also going to great. I am upgrading to get more power and a 50 amp connection. I will keep the other generator for our second smaller trailer in which it was originally purchased for. Westinghouse also has provided me excellent support whenever I have had an issue in the past. Again, this one was so easy to get together and then fire up,, If I were to complain about anything, it would be the weight. Coming in at 225 it took 3 adult men to move this from my lifted bed of my truck. After on ground and got wheels and feet on it, it's no issue to move about.

I bought this unit because I borrowed my friends and I was so impressed with the performance that I had to purchase one for my home. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for ease of use, reliability, simple hookup and great power delivery. My wife can even start it with a push of the button! After researching a lot of generators we decided on the Westinghouse due to all of the positive reviews. No other manufacturer had as many reviews. The electric start and dual fuel make it very convenience. After using it we are very happy with the performance.

I found it very easy to get the generator put together and going. The directions were very easy to follow. The features are outstanding. It has remote start, duel fuel with transfer from one to the other on the fly, a gauge that tells you all you need to know, and everything that was promised.

I'm impressed for several reasons, it is well designed for usability, it powered my freezers, fridge, lamps, wifi and an a/c unit during power outages caused by Helene. It starts like a champ, and runs on both gas and propane. I've mounted it on a heavy duty cart instead of the wheel package and can pull it with ease all over the farm.

Very pleased with this purchase! It is way quieter than the other one we have that is about the same size. Would definitely buy again if I needed to. The only thing I would change is where the handle you pull it with and the wheels should switch sides, only because the plug for the transfer switch doesn’t fit between the wheel and the generator. We have to remove the wheel to get it to fit which is super easy, it’s just another step that would be helpful to skip. But other than that it’s a pretty sound machine.
