Generator was just as expected except one item: the display does not provide measurement of power output. It displays only voltage, frequency and hours. A Watt Meter would be useful to avoid overloading generator and ensuring load is balanced. I will need to purchase Watt meter separately. This aside, this seems like a very good generator, with enough power to live comfortably during our next power outage.

I bought this product after having many years of storms and without power. After the last power outage, I finally decided it was time. It arrived and I did the final assembly, which was very easy. Added the oil that came with it and performed a test run by connecting my refrigerator, Routers, lights, and computers. Everything w0orked perfectly and it started with no issues after the first crank. Came with a remote to turn on and off and I love it! Definitely a must have product in any household.

This generator is amazing. It’s great for family household who need a simple and easy way to power their homes when they need it most. I love this one in particular because it has the remote start and allows My Wife to even start the generator when I’m not home.

I bought the Westinghouse 9500 dual fuel for emergency's, after unpacking the unit it arrived in good shape. Filled the unit with gas and the provided oil. It started easy and ran great! Hi would highly recommend this product to anyone needing to provide power to run your household in an emergency.

I was rescued by my brother, who drove 1400 miles, after Hurricane Ian. My old Generac took a dump and we needed power. This Westinghouse got great reviews and I can see why. Having the dual fuel option is just smart. It's feature rich and really good looking. I like the remote keyfob button and I might add the ST switch in the future.

This was purchased for home use. The generator has all of the qualities that we were looking for. The auto start is a terrific perk. It runs quieter than other generators that I have had. It is easy to move from place to place due to being farly light weight. It has been able to run all of the electrical equipment that we require with power to spare. I recommend this for any home user that needs just a little more.

I bought his a few weeks ago and have only ran it once to test it out but everything worked like it should and is built well. It has tons of features I love like the duel fuel option, electric start and display for wattage usage, etc. I recommended this generator to several friends and family.

I bought this a couple of months ago to hook up to my power pole in case of an outage. I haven't had an outage yet but since have used it with a blower around the property and a welder. All the power I need with a 220 amp stick welder. I am also looking into the smart start switch which automatically starts when the loss of purchase power. Really like this machine. The only thing is when it is super cold, you have to manually choke it until it starts.

instructions good, included stuff pretty complete so good, starting went good...the kinda weird #1 why a remote when you are supposed to shut off fuel and AC power to shut down can't do that with a remote, if you do it right can't start it either B+ should be off...#2- oil-they send a quart and the instructions say 1.1 qt. so why not either make it 1qt. or send 1.1 qts ?? #3 noise level is weird too- the db is as expected but the weird part is the level seems the same outside the shop as it is 100ft.away. I know that this seems wrong but hay that is the way it is.......

I purchased in September 2021, delivery was as promised, but the box was destroyed, fortunately the Generator was in perfect shape. I just recently put it together added oil and started with propane, i only plan to use propane with this generator. The product worked as expect now we just wait for the first power outage.
