Well built Generator easy to assemble it can power my whole house I live in Florida where hurricanes can knock your power out for days. I have 4 generators and this one will be my go to. Electric start and remote start, you can be inside the house and start the generator without going outside in the weather ( Love That )

I bought this generator and have been using it for a while. Remote start works great. Put some heavy loads, air compressor, bench grinder etc. Generator acts as if there is no load at all. Has a nice quality build. My first generator was also a Westinghouse, it is 7 years old and has a lot of hours on it. Looking forward to setting up to power my 4 bedroom cape on the lake here in Maine.

I bought the 9500DF generator in mid September after suffering from a few days with no power. This thing is a BEAST! Started right up after doing all the pre-start procedures for first time start. Being able to start it up from in the house with the key fob is priceless! I love it. I expect it will serve our family VERY well.

Living in Texas all my life I felt I was prepared for most any unexpected event. Last February proved me to be wrong. I now realize that a cord of wood would not suffice (especially when you are helping your friends and family out too) when the power fails for over a week, and your home is total electric. With low temperatures at a record breaking -4 across the Dallas area, inside temps were as low as a frosty 43 degrees ... I realized I was NOT prepared. After this unprecedented event finally cleared I spent a week researching alternative power sources and finally selected my new WGen 9500DF. I could not be more pleased knowing that whatever nature or other unexpected events comes our way ... electrical power will never again be a shortfall on my part. It is also not uncommon for Texas to experience some power issues in the middle of our typical summer season too, but with our new Westinghouse DF generator maintaining power to our fridge, freezer and AC we are good to go ... and with a Xfer switch it is a simple hook up too. The 9500 DF is packed with many features to make those unexpected power issues a little more tolerable, including my new best friend ... remote start.. I just bought this unit after struggling for a few years with an older gas only unit. Arrived nicely packaged on a pallet. It was easy to assemble and prep for startup. I plan to run primarily with propane, and this was an easy setup process too. Ran the unit for a few hours with varying loads to break it in and it is now ready to run through my transfer switch. Couldn't be happier with this investment.

I found it very easy to get the generator put together and going. The directions were very easy to follow. The features are outstanding. It has remote start, duel fuel with transfer from one to the other on the fly, a gauge that tells you all you need to know, and everything that was promised.

I did very stiff research and found this brand to be one of the top two consumer rated generators. Started on first try on propane. .Easy to assemble with clear instructions. I live in hurricane country and need something dependable. This machine fits the bill.

We had tornados go through our neighborhood and we lost power for 2 days. MY sump pump did not work and it flooded my basement. and carpet and walls had to be replaced. I dont want to go through that again. So this is the answer. I also have the transfer switch installed.

Drove nearly 3 hours to pick WGEN9500DF on 11-17-21. On 11-18-21, followed directions, prepped generator and tried to start it. Not surprised battery was dead, so I used the recoil start. Generator wouldn't fire. Pulled spark plug boot off to discover it was completely broken, even the lead, therefore, no spark. Can't rate this product any better as I don't even know if it works.

I bought this Model for the size and features to easily run my whole house. The 50amp plug along with the dual fuel option with remote start! Come on!!! What more could you want! Running on Propane, the noise is surprisingly minimal for the size unit. I am very happy with my purchase and am anxiously awaiting the next outage.
