I did a lot of research before purchasing. This Westinghouse seemed to be the best bang for the buck. It arrived sooner than expected, much to my delight! It was nicely packaged for shipping and was delivered in great condition. It took about ten minutes to uncreate and assemble. Fired right up and is performing as expected.

Purchased generator online 11/16/24, arrived on 11/22/2024. The unit seems to be very well built and started up immediately. I love the layout of the unit and all the safety features. We have not experienced a power outage yet. But when we do, it's nice to know this Westinghouse generator is here to depend upon.

Picked up the 9500 and breaking it in as we speak. A couple wires were disconnected and our remote start wasn’t working. The manual didn’t mention that these wires were not plugged in to each other and after diagnosing the issue, she started right up! So, if you are having issues starting your brand new generator, follow the wires from the battery to make sure they are plugged in! Great quality machine so far! We hope to get many years out of it!

I bought this item last month and was very pleased with how quickly it was to get started and move it around. I gave a 4 star because two of the screws that connect the feet (assembly required) were not large for the pre-drilled hole resulting in stripping one of the screws to attach one of the feet. Otherwise, we installed the fixtures to our home and it powers up all the items we need (heat, air conditioning, appliances and other).

I bought this unit because it was on special and after reading reviews and warranty info, I thought the talk may be worth the purchase price. Glad I listened to myself and made this purchase. It took my 21 yeaqr old daughter and I only about 10 minutes to unbox it, put stands and wheels on, fuel it up, then fired it up. It fired on the first go round and has ran flawlessly ever since. Truely runs about 2/3 or 3/4 of my home during outages. It's simple; if you want a dependable unit, this is the one!

I received this generator in less than two weeks. Read through the manual and ran tests. The system is operating as designed. I would recommend adding more details on using a 120v ac charger in the manual break-in or maintenance section, specifically on what position the battery/run switches need to be in (on or off). Other than that minor detail no one should have an issue setting the generator. Rating 4.9

Bought this generator to power my whole home after having rolling power outages! This thing is awesome, it’s sleek and a lot more quiet than I thought it would be. Extremely happy with my purchase and now I don’t have to worry about my family going without!

I just bought this generator and I am very pleased with the quality of the product. Although I haven't used it yet, it is great upgrade from the small portable generator I had been using when our electricity went out. The electric start and the duel fuel sold me on this product.

From the moment i received the generator everything was super easy. Packaging was sufficient for the item. Simple, easy setup with directions. From opening box to fully setup and running 15 minutes. Fit and finish was superb. Everything is labelled well and easily accessible. Battery came fully charged along with the oil needed. Even came with a little tool kit for the generator, nothing fancy but gets what you needed done. I normally don't write reviews but i know i relied on a few before my purchase and i would say they were spot on. I did run a few items to see how the load would be and before id have to figure out everything in an emergency. Overall great product and all ready for the next emergency should my family need it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great sized, powerful, dual fuel generator.

I just bought this last week. It arrived promptly. Haven’t had a chance to put everything together yet, but after reading the owners manual, I don’t think it will be a problem. It seems to be a good quality generator, and should be able to power most everything I’ll need during power outages.
