bought this about a month ago. as soon as it was delivered i had to put in gas and start it up. set-up out of the box was a breeze. machine started instantly, and was not as loud as other generators i have used. when our power goes out this will power my entire house.

I've been wanting this generator for a while and finally made the purchase. I've known several others that have had Westinghouse generators for years and each of them have had nothing but flawless operations from their generators. Looking forward to years of the same with this one!

I took delivery of the generator three days ago. When I opened the box I noticed the wheel kit was missing. I called Westinghouse and clicked through the normal phone prompts, and was disconnected. I tried this several more times, and was again disconnected each time. I guess they don't answer the phone on Saturdays. Upon further inspection of the generator box, I found the wheel kit was actually in the box. This was embarrassing. Nevertheless, I unboxed the generator and was quite impressed with the build quality. I was also impressed with the attention to detail Westinghouse had with everything, from the assembly process to the thorough owners manual. After filling with oil and fuel, the engine fired up on the first try. Very impressed! Nice work guys. I hope my long-term impressions are as good as my initial ones.

the WGen9500 dual fuel is simple to start and swap out fuel sources with the propane option. Needing only a couple propane tanks instead of fighting for multiple gallons of gas during the course of a hurricane is worth the price alone. This generator runs the house water pump, AC, refrigerators, freezers, during power outages for about 12 hours on a single 20 lb tank of propane. I love it!

My generator came yesterday and the little set up that was required was very straight forward. It fired right up the first time and ran great. It is a little loud, but honestly, I was expecting it to be louder, so that was nice. Overall, I am very pleased.

This is an awesome generator and you can tell that it is quality built! This generator has so much power, plenty of outlets, and an easy start remote, it's just fantastic! I am extremely happy with this purchase, and if need be, I definitely will purchase again.

Looked at many generators. Living on the gulf coast of Flordia we needed a good powerful one. This 9500 has everything we need. Set up a breeze with very easy to understand directions. Got it delivered at noon unpacked and had it running by 1:30. First generator we ever owned and looks like we got a good one.

Wow! It took all of 10 minutes from out of the box to run ready. The longest part was carefully putting the supplied quart of oil in. I hooked it to a 20 lb propane bottle and after pairing the fob, hit the start button. It caught on the second automatic crank. After a good warm up, I plugged in my Tesla to the 50 amp outlet and let it run for awhile. The next day I ran it again, just as easy and charged my Tesla for an hour. Everything went as expected. I am no longer worried about the next storm.

We are so excited about our new WGEN9500DF generator purchase! It runs off gas and propane. It's the perfect size to restore power to our needed appliances and/or electronics during a power outage. It doesn't take up much storage space in our garage when not in use.

We finally bought a generator about one month ago after having lost power for 3 days. This generator is very nice. It is sturdy and looks great. It is also pretty quiet for how large it is. I hope we don't have to use it often, but am so glad we have this product in case we do.
