I bought my first generator about three years ago to use during PG&E's Northern California PSPS. Unfortunately our home is in an area that is usually one of the first to be shut off and one of the last to be turned back on. Everything in our home is electric except heating, without power we have no well, no septic, no refrigerator and no air conditioning. This generator was a great addition as I was able to use it to power our entire home. While I never tried to use our oven there were many occasions it powered the hot water heater, refrigerator, well pump, TV, house lights, modem and AC all at the same time. One of the best features was the remote start as we would shut it off at night. First thing in the morning I would start it and run it for several hours while we would get ready for work. On my way out I would shut it off from my truck and restart it as I pulled back in. If the power was turned off due to a fire in the area it might run continuously for more than eight hours before being shut off to refuel. After a short rest period the generator was back at it. Very dependable, great power, easy to move around and the dual fuel came in very handy when gas stations in the area were also without power.

I bought this a few weeks ago and it is my first power generator to own. Easy to follow assembly instructions and followed the simple steps to set it up. Let me tell you that it turned on very smoothly. The electric start up is a great feature and you don't have to pull on a cord. I would highly recommend this powerful machine to anybody. Very happy with my purchased.

I love the push button and remote start options. I had a little trouble with the On/Off rocker switch the second time I used it, but after cleaning the contacts it is working as it should. If not for that little hiccup, it would definitely be 5 stars. Reasonably quiet for a traditional generator with this much output power.

After several power outages and a lot of research finally purchased a generator. WGEN9500 dual fuel was a great option at decent price. Only assembly required was installing the tires and frame legs then adding oil. Engine comes pre-run so no need to break in, which would great if you needed to use it immediately. Starts well and noise level is good for a generator of this size.

Just received our generator on time and in perfect condition. I followed the easy instructions to set up as noted. Once set up, I performed a 6 hour break-in, gas and propane, under various loads. I started all three ways and it turned over right away. I am very pleased as it ran flawless as expected.

Appears to be a well made quality product. The company didn't cut corners on anything so far, even included the oil, funnel and propane hose connection. Came well packaged for shipping a very heavy machine. This is for emergency backup power, not everyday use so I won't know till I need it if the quality matches the great appearance.

I bought this generator in case of power outages and so far it has been running very well. I'm very pleased with the noise output given how much power this generator puts out. Has started on the first press of the start button every time! Overall very pleased with the unit and its performance with both fuel types.

I bought this ( 9500DF) bad boy March 15th 2021 and received it Friday the 19th four days earlier then expected. Only plan on using this if power goes out to my house. Nothing was damaged, not even a scratch so good job by the freight company. Did have to get more oil then what they ship you because it was about 1/2 quart too low. Setting up the key fob was easy. Attached the cord they gave me to my propane tank and to the generator, flipped the battery switch up and BANG, Started right up on the first try with my key fob. Only planning on using gas as a backup if I run out of propane so I can't tell you how this baby works with gas. I would definitely recommend this unit if your looking for this size.

used 1 month. Feet keep falling off. foam on handle is nearly falling off. Battery switch stopped working. Warranty contact is faulty (they do not respond in a timely manner, been over a week with no communication after a ticket was created). CO sensor keeps shutting machine down when running outdoors.

We just came out of a 3 day power outage in 90 degree heat. We have a small 3000w inverter that we used to keep the fridge and freezer going but we melted in the heat. This is going to be a life saver. We watched numerous videos, read tons of reviews and couldn't find any cons to this unit. We just got it today, synced the remote which it fired on the first press. I have friends that paid much more for less power with Dewalt or Champion and one friend that has the same unit and raved about it. And it was on a job site my son worked on and he said it worked fantastic. You can't beat the price for this much power. I am very excited and happy with this purchase!
