We lost power last month without the generator and it was terrible! Now I sleep soundly knowing that if such misfortune were to occur again, we have the Westinghouse generator ready to go! Installation was quick and easy, and I am very happy with my purchase.

Love the ease of use and dual fuel flexibility. Bought this 2 years ago after an extended power outtage and while we haven't had another, this unit has been helpful a few times in shorter outages. I love not having to keep gasoline on hand and being able to use a propane tank (whichare always on have for the grill and fire pit). But having the gasoline option for longer periods and more power is really nice.

This is the best generator in its class and has the most features of any other generators that are portable (i.e. not whole house generator) including the possibility to use a "Smart Switch"! It runs great and has good pure Electricity! You wont go wrong buying this one, it is money well spent, and I would argue its even an investment in your future security!

Extremely surprised by the quality of product and ease of set up. I was fortunate enough to survive the delivery process without any damage. The box it came in looked factory new. The user manual and quick start instructions were on the spot. I was up and running within an hour, could have been quicker but I had to explore the unit as I was going. Hooked up the propane and hit the remote fob and BAM this baby came to life and purred like a kitten compared to my other lesser unit. Wife even commented "Wow that is much quieter than your other generator". The electrician installs the interlock this weekend. Can not wait to put a full load on it. So....So far I'm very pleased I made this choice. The oil funnel and tools were smart and welcomed additions. There are very few times I feel as I made the correct choice after receiving a product. I bought the WGen9500DF for the dual fuel and running watts. This unit when received was easy to assemble and fired right up providing all the power we needed and more. 30 AMP plugs right into our house transfer switch (note: extension cord/s not included) and powers all we needed for a 2500 sqft. home. The added four 20 AMP plugs give all the extra versatility needed to run some additional items outside. Easy to use, perfect panel layout and ability to keep going without skipping a beat on gas or propane is perfect!

This is a solid generator. It performs well on Propane and Gasoline. It is easy to roll, has a sturdy handle, has push button start and remote start. The best thing about this generator is the 50 amp plug. Most only have a 30 amp, but this generator provides 50 amps. We have used this generator more than 20 times to power our entire home after storms and ice/snow caused power outages. You can’t go wrong with this generator.

Runs great. Had an issue with no power at 120 outlets at first. Contacted customer service and received a quick reply advising me to try the outlet resets located in the middle of the outlet. I had not seen them. Problem solved. Very pleased with generator and customer service.

I bought this generator at a bargain.the shipping company was very good and quick considering the ice storms in the area.the generator was a little hard to start on propane hopefully that changes once the engine breaks in. Was in good condition when delivered.the only negative is the wheels the right one rubs on the battery box

A nice looking unit, after a lot of research and reading reviews. I decided on the Westinghouse generator as its dual fuel capabilities, remote start and big enough to power my house. When it arrived, very minimal assembly required it started right up on propane. Now I have a piece of mind if we have a power outage.

I bought this last month and just tried it over the weekend At first I could not get it to start, then thought maybe the battery does not have enough charge to start it as it was turning over but would not start, and sure enough this was the problem, put jump leads from the car battery and boom first time start Love the push button and key fob starts I live in Florida but did not need it for this storm but I know its going to be a great insurance in the coming years First class product, first class price with all the bells and whistles
