I upgraded from an old generator that I converted to tri fuel that just doesnt have enough power to backup my whole house, and what an upgrade this is. Easy to setup, started using the propane with remote start on first attempt, tons of features and the power output is fantastic. Really looks and operates like a next gen product compared to the traditional style gas generator. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking at having a real home backup power solution but that doesnt want to install a traditional fixed in place type solution.

Bought this unit 8 days ago. Have broken in per instructions, all went as it should have no problems. Further use will give an idea of longevity, which shouldn't be a problem if it is taken care of. No problem as far as shipping damage or missing items.

This is a great machine for the price. I purchased it as a hurricane preparedness item. I never look forward to hurricane season but I'm confident this machine will make things much better if we have an extended power outage. I expected something much larger but its this machine is slightly larger than my 5K except there are many more features.

I just bought this because my power keeps going out and now I don't have to worry about it. I just walk out, turn it on, push a button and I have power again. Best choice I have made in a long time. Easy to put together also, even a 65 year old could to it by herself.

I just got through opening the box and put my generator together. Directions very easy to follow and understand.. I hit the power after add gas and it started the first time. Hot commodity and I can see why. Easy installation with wheels and came with everything needed to start it up (minus the fuel of course). I cranked it over using remote, manual, push button for both gas and propane it it worked flawlessly. Impressed with the range on the remote start. I would compare it to a vehicle key fob. A bit noisy, but what generator isn't. I love the dual fuel option and the display that shows how long it has run for. Hope I never have to use it but am set if I do!

I recently moved to a state that encounters hurricanes on a regular basis and usually have a considerable amount of frozen products that are critical to keep frozen, no matter the circumstance. I had this wired up to my panel and not only does it power all of my freezers, but can also run my central air as well. The value for the price is well worth it and I’m looking forward to having the peace of mind this brings me.

I just got this generator set up and running. Setup was straightforward, and started right up first time, using a 20 lb propane tank to fuel it. I switched on all my back-up circuits in the transfer switch (manual) and the generator carried the loads smoothly. I think this model is very capable and lives up to its Westinghouse reputation.

Purchased due to a major power loose, hurricane Buryl in July 2024. We ran the generator for 20 hours with no load AC voltage @ 121.7, connected refrigerator voltage drop to 121.5 volts. We are in the process of puchasing a one room air conditioner , we have very high humidity where we live, north of Houston . We had power loose on May 25,26 2025 for 11 hours. Started generator connected 2 refrigerators, satellite receiver and tv. The generator ran flawlessly.

shipping was quicker than expected box was a little torn up upon arrival but no damage that i have found. great looking and running product once i got it running. it will not fire up on the first few cycles even after you have run it a while is my biggest complaint. other than that its a good unit.
