I purchased this for the extra electrical capacity, electric & remote start after Ian. The price was a bonus since others were more expensive with less capacity & fewer features. I wanted DUAL fuel since gasoline was not available after Ian for 3-4 days. LP runs & burns much cleaner with easier maintenance. The unit started right up.& everything worked exactly as expected. Also an LP hose, regulator & battery trickle charger is included. I highly recomend this unit.

I bought this generator recently and it works great. Having a relay station set up this week so we are prepared to keep power during hurricane season. The remote start is such a great feature since we are getting older we don't have to pull on the cord.

After much research, we decided on this one because it is exactly what we needed to service multiple items on both sides of our duplex. We paired this with (1) 30A cable and (2) 20A t-blade extension cords. It is a bit loud, but that's less of an issue since it provides so much power. Next up is building a vented, sound-dampening enclosure though!

I bought this before the hurricane season started and boy am I glad I did! I was a little reluctant to purchase this size because of the weight and bulkiness. Westinghouse scored on this production as they thought of most every detail before producing.

Just purchased. Easy to assemble, excellent instructions. Like others have noted the 1 quart of oil provided is not enough to fill the crankcase. Started right up on propane with first push of the start button, battery came charged. Unit is heavy but easy to maneuver with the large wheels. Everything you need is included such as a tool kit and funnel. Quieter than I expected. Comes with remote start/stop and was amazed that the generator started from the furthest room inside my house.

Recently purchased the Westinghouse WGen9500DF. I’m extremely happy with my decision. Came after three days of ordering, well packaged, extremely easy to setup, everything you need is in the box to get you started, just add fuel and it fired right up. It's nice knowing that I have this unit in my back pocket when needed. Exceeded my expectations......

Only had it for a week but I know this thing is going to come in handy for a decade. It is very sturdy, well built, and much quieter than I expected. I thought my favorite part would be the dual fuel option but i love the remote start from inside the house. Awesome product!

Bought this generator a few weeks ago. Assembly was simple. I like many of the features of this unit. Have owned competitive models in the past. The starting system is very nicely designed. Expect to use this as a home back up and a mobile source of power around our farm for many years.

I bought my generator a few weeks ago to prepare for future outages to come in Texas. After looking at several reviews on portable generators, i found this one to be highly recommended. It easy to put together and it comes with a propane hose for its dual fuel feature. It powers my house with no problem during my test run. Although I haven’t used it for what i intend on using it for, at least now i’m prepared. Definitely recommend this product

I just received the the generator 10/1/2021. Everything noted on the box that was included, was included. It took about 5 minutes to install the wheels, mounting feet and add the oil they provided. They provided 1 quart of 10-30 oil (conventional I think) which was not enough, but I had extra. I hooked up the propane tank and it started right up, even the key fob worked to start and stop the generator. After it warmed up I connected various loads to check for power and how the generator reacted. It all worked as designed. The construction of the generator looks great and solid. I'll report back after I install a transfer switch and connect to my house circuits. So far very happy with the purchase.
