I bought this a month ago to use as a back up power supply for my house during power outages. I have not had an outage yet but the unit was easy to put together and setup. I have tried it on power circuits and it seems like it will be a great back up unit!

Picked it up about a week ago and completed all the steps prior to and for running it. Started right up without issue. Simple operation. Ran it under load with issue. Voltages all checked out. This was done with a hand held meter as well as the built in generator meter. Easy assembly. Can't beat the price nor all of the positive reviews. This was my final choice when selecting between this gen and a Duromax brand of the equivalent size. The running time was far better before refueling. It was close between the two.

Bought this as a replacement to a different brand/model generator I had been using over the last 10 years. Shipment was great, assembly was easy and I am breaking it in accordance with the technical documentation provided by Westinghouse. No complaints so far on this end.

Bought our first one (7500) 2-1/2 years ago and since we are not on the grid yet, we use it 4-6 hours a day. Bought the Duel Fuel since we’ll have propane soon, so this is getting a workout like the first one. Do the maintenance like they recommend and this will be a workhorse!!! I expect this one to run just as the first one did, it has so far.

Just purchased and haven't had a chance to use it yet. It is heavy at over 200 lbs. Gas cap is very large and I thought good until I started pouring fuel in. Due to a debris catcher had to pour slowly. Make sure you cut on the fuel cutoff before attempting to start it if using gas. Started after a few attempts.

I bought this to power my essentials and it has over exceeded my expectations. The set up was super simple and very straight forward. It’s a beautiful looking machine to boot! It powers mostly my entire house, the house level is on par with others and it gets the job DONE!

Was easy to setup and started right away. Only ran on propane so far. Was quieter than my previous unit with half the power. Remote start worked great. Looking forward to connecting to house to power the well pump and furnace in the future. I like the option of the ST switch also.

This is my second 9500DF. I used my first one once when I hooked up an interlock kit on my home. When I went to use it again, it would run but wouldn't make electricity. After swapping a few parts that Westinghouse recommended (and sent me), they told me to take it to their certified service center. They discovered it needed a new alternator. After almost 4 months and 2 failed attempts at shipping a new alternator, Westinghouse replaced the generator. When it works, it's great. Hopefully the second one will do better than the first.

Just got this generator and followed the instructions to get it going. It was packaged well, everything was included, it looked perfect. It started right away on propane, then started right away on gasoline. Switched fuel while it was running and it barely stumbled before it was running perfectly on the new fuel. Plugged it into my 50 amp power inlet box and it ran everything from a cooktop, electric oven, electric clothes dryer, to my 3 ton A/C unit (not all at once) and they all ran perfectly. I still need to see if the 5 ton A/C will start up with this. All of my electronics seemed to work fine on the generator, but a couple of UPS's were clicking. I think I will replace those with newer ones. Love the auto choke. It's nice to be able to push a button to start it without having to fiddle with a manual choke. The remote start is a nice feature I didn't know I needed, but I think it will be quite useful to have. The wheels are big and wide making it easy to move on my grass lawn. Also, liked the U-shaped handle. It makes it easy to pull the generator with one hand while moving it into position. Overall, I have been very pleased and impressed with this generator. I would highly recommend it!

Product was delivered to our garage on a pallet. Wheels where relatively easy to install with a second person, you could use a dolly so you don't have to lean it on it's side if your alone. Battery was fully charged and everything functioned properly on arrival with no signs of scratches, dents or damage. Have only run it for 5 hours so cannot vouch for it's long-term durability but happy with it overall.
