I bought it in June of 2022,I had an electrician install it to be plugged in out side of my home. I had the opportunity a few months later to use it do to a power outage. I ran to go get it and plug it in. It worked GREAT .It ran almost my entire home , AC and all. I am so glade I have it.

Purchased this generator after Hurricane Ian hit and left us with no electricity for 5 days. We should have purchased a generator before thus saving the loss of food in the refrigerators and freezer. The dual fuel capability should help us from waiting in line up to 5 hours for gasoline.

Bought this generator a few days ago. Everything in order and looks very solid. Dual fuel is great, especially that I can hook up the propane line from main tank that normally feeds the bbq. No need for smaller tanks that you keep refilling. Really like the key fob for distance start and stop. Little extras like rubber covers on plug receptacles adds a nice touch. Looking forward to using this generator!

I bought this a few days ago and already had the pleasure of using it due to power outage that happens all the time in my neighborhood. I was tired of being without power along with only 5 other houses in my very large neighborhood. The generator works great

I have been shopping for a generator for a couple of months and I am happy I purchased the WGen9500DF Generator. I required a 50-amp plug, a 3-year warranty, dual fuel option, a ground port, and wireless start. It came with everything to get it running, oil and a charged battery. With 9,500 running watts it should power everything in our house. I am looking forward to trying it out.

Just bought and did the required prep. Started with remote on gas and propane with no issues. I can’t rate how it will work when needed during a power outage, but so far so good. However, the manual and diagrams to drain the gas does not match my model. I’m still researching on how to drain the carburetor and tank properly.

Bought this generator during Hurricane Helene and am unboxing it about 8 months later. Assembly was easy. The wide wheels are a dream in my sandy yard. Don't forget to open the gas valve when you try to crank it or you'll look silly and make a lot of noise

This is my second purchase of a Westinghouse and both have been a great experience. We have a smaller one that we have been using with all the recent tornadoes and power outages. It wasn’t big enough to run the air unit and also had to turn everything else off when running the hot water heater. With this new purchase we will be able to run everything at once. Both are Westinghouse and we haven’t had any issue with them.

I bought this few months ago to power up my house. Instructions were very clear and instalation was very easy. I like the fact it can use dual fuel, and has remote start. It did great job powering my equipments and lighting. I highly Recommend it for all.

I bought this winter and used it for almost of 2 weeks during the winter. We had a lot of outage days. It is very reliable and easy to use generator. Easy- one button push start. Good tank size which lasts all day, have to refill once a day just to be safe for continuous run.. Overall, very happy with it and would recommend it strongly.
