After serious research we decided on this product and happy that we did. The overall power and two fuel options really make the difference. Just in time for some serious weather that has power outage potential. Even though we can't hardwire in at this time the option to do so to run the entire home is awesome. Even though the unit is pretty heavy its easy to move with the wheels and the size is smaller and more compact than I expected. Some reviews said it was loud but it doesn't seem too bad for what you're getting in power return. Planning on having this generator for years to come for whatever emergency arises.

Did reviews and ordered this unit 5 days ago. Arrived this morning with two helpful and happy delivery men into my garage. Followed quick set up directions for putting wheels on, adding fuel and oil - 10 minutes max. Hooked up propane line and tank then added gasoline to tank. Turned over a few times but would not start on gas…(duh) I forgot to choke on initial gas start up - moved choke to full choke and unit fired right away . Turned off choke and unit remained running - let run on gas for 5 minutes then toggled fuel switch to propane, switch went well and continued to run on propane for 5 additional minutes. Everything was as advertised. Have not hooked to house yet but expect no issues as everything so far worked or was included remote key fob worked, oil funnel, assembly tools, wheels and propane line. Just received it today, super excited to get this thing up and running but have yet to be successful on getting it started. I've read over the manual and everything appears to be correct on my end. I will say the design Is is very clean and robust looks to be a pretty solid unit. But It does me no good If I can't get started, hopefully it's not dead on arrival

I have been through numerous hurricanes here in south Florida the past 40 years. This generator is an upgrade from my previous and has plenty of power, dual fuel, electric start and comes with everything I need. Assembly was easy and it started right up. Highly recommend!

Bought it to replace an older generator, great move right before Isaias came through, and now they're sold out or nearly twice the price from resellers. Looking forward to not having to mess around with gas any longer since it has the duel fuel option, but maintains the ability to use gas if the propane runs out.

Very happy with my new generator! It’s a heavy but well made unit. Minor assembly was easy and the wheels make it a breeze to move around. Starts right up and does all that I ask! Plenty of power for the whole house, and I like the option for either gasoline or propane.

I got this today as a third party buyer….. but the generator was brand new. Still in the box. Get it home, get it out of the back of my car (which was a task…. This thing is super heavy!), and it’s better than what I imagined. We haven’t fired it up yet, but I’ll report back!!

I followed the directions and got the unit assembled. It started right up on propane. I did a test run and put a 1500 watt load on the unit which it handled fine. I noticed the schematic in the Instruction Manual was incorrect for my unit…manual revision as listed on the back was WGen9500DF Rev01 121257 Rev05 1/21.

I haven't completely put this through the paces yet, but I'm sure it's going to be just fine. I loaded up with a few corded power tools and an air compressor, and it didn't skip a beat. I bought this as a home generator, and now I'm not dreading the ice as much this year.

Unboxing is super easy. Hooked up to my house and it will run all lights, outlets, fridge, and hot water heater. It is not enough to run the main ac/heater but I can use the stove and washer/dryer if I turn off most other non essentiel items during use. It is definately the more cost effective option if you can live with calculating the load before using your major appliances.
