This dual fuel generator with electric/remote start is the perfect fit for us. Yes it is a beast for an old guy to move around, but the features it has to offer outweigh that. It performs exactly as advertised and buying it online was without problems. The price was affordable for our situation. 5 STARS

I bought it in 5-19-2021. Got it out of the box and set it up. Should have tried to run it a year later I lost power and tried to use it and it would not start, would not even fire. With my health failing I never got around to doing anything with it. Now I’m trying to find a service provider to look at why it will not run. I still think it is a good generator and I’m just having a minor problem I hope.

Received the machine today, quite heavy, can not be dragged on the floating floor. I have to cut the carton on the drive way, attach 2 wheels, it's very easy to move and drag to the backyard. After carefully reading the instructions, I filled the engine with oil and it was just full. First I installed the engine with a propane tank and then started the engine. The engine starts very easily, a bit noisy but I think it's OK. Then I filled up the gas tank, switched to gas mode and started the engine with the remote. It's also very easy to start up. I am very happy with this start. Tomorrow, if I have time, I will try to connect the power's output to my office to see its capacity.

We bought this generator after the last spring storm In Ohio. While we haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet, we feel very confident about the next storm threatening power outages. We were happy to see it came with a fob to start it and shut it off.

Purchased in July, currently awaiting PG&E installation of transfer ready smart meter...We've had 3 power dips since July and I've only run the generator once for keeping my refrigerator going for 6 hours. Simple to use and much more quiet than I anticipated!

I bought this generator shortly after losing power due to Huricane Milton knocking out my power for 2 days. I had breakers set up in my service box so that I can run 50AMPs to my panel when the power is out. There was minimal setup with this. Just a couple wheels, add oil and plug in the battery. The folding handle makes it easy to move around, so the weight of the generator is not an issue. I took it for a test drive. Used the remote FOB. Worked like a charm. Tried th push button start on the generator,,, also worked great. No futzing around with a choke or gasoline. I really like that I can use Propane for this and not have to worry about old gasoline left in the generator. I purchased a few 20LB tanks this will give me more than a 24 hour period of "clean running". There will be enough power here to run my AC Central Air, refridgerator and some lights! I hate to wish for a storm, but I am secretly hoping for a power outage so that I can use it.

I have very happy with this generator. We lost power 2 days after the generator arrived. It starts right up the first time. I especially like the remote start, was able to start and stop the generator from inside the house, avoiding the cold and rain.

I purchased this after losing power for a week during Hurricane Ian. This year with Hurricane Helene and Milton there was again extended power loss. This generator powered my entire home (minus the A/C unit) for 7 days. Maintenance was quick and easy limiting down time.Run time on a full tank at about 75% was 10+ hours. It was so simple to operate, my wife did it. Highly recommend

Purchasing my first portable generator was a challenging task. After much research, I decided on the WGen9500DFc duel fuel model. Great features along with a physical size & price I could handle. The duel fuel option gives me versatility to keep things running during hurricane season here in Florida.

Bought this generator in 11/7/21 and has been in the box until now. Had ice storm and lost power on 1/5/25. Pulled it out of the box installed tires and stands, put oil in and battery was still charged even. Started on propane and worked like a champ and has very helpful features.
