After receiving my generator...it was easy to set up and start up to make sure everything worked as expected. I'm very pleased with my purchase and really hope I never need to use it HOWEVER, I feel very safe and comfortable knowing I have it when and IF I need it.

I bought this in April and it was delivered in a timely manner. Delivery man was exceptional and the generator set up very easily. Started it and run great. I am very pleased with my purchase. Would recommend it to others. Will fulfill my expectations and do what I needed it to do.

Received in July. Fired up and ran great for break in on 1 gallon of fresh gas. Tried to start again for power outage related to Hurricane Ian, refused to start on 5 gallons of fresh gas. Tried around 20 times. Switched to propane, ran great. If warranty works with me to fix problem, I'll edit to 5 stars.

Shipping: well packaged; no damage Unpacking/Assembly: No missing parts; assembly was simple, but the generator is heavy, so you should have 2 people to remove from packaging an putting on the wheels/stands; no issues adding oil; also plugged in the battery tinder to make sure we topped off High Altitude Kits: I had to wait to receive the generator to get the serial number to be sure of the correct high altitude kits to purchase; then I had to call customer support to find out where to order the parts. They were helpful and directed me to the URL to purchase the parts. I would have preferred the information was more easily found. First Start Up: I will be hooking this up to the house propane, but until I have the T installed, I simply hooked it up to a 20g BBQ tank I had. Instructions for start up were easy to follow. The generator started up easily with the electric start button. Couldn't be happier about the electric start. Pairing the Key Fob was also straight forward. Really happy with the purchase.

We bought this generator to pump our well until we have an off the grid solar system installed and later on for emergency power failure or use on our land. Its features exactly match our needs. It is easy to maneuver even though it is heavy 220 lbs. We were concerned about that because we are seniors. Starts right off. The remote control is so convenient. Dual fuel adds flexibility on choice of fuel. The transfer switch capability is an added bonus when we are older not having to worry about struggling.

This unit is very well put together and has a lot of nice features plus I love the fact that it’s dual fuel. I really don’t plan on using gasoline unless I have no other option and for those of you who are not familiar with using LP gas the engine will burn a lot cleaner. You can run this thru the oil change interval and the oil will still come out clean as it was when you put it in although it still breaks down and WILL need changed you won’t have dirty carbon deposits left in the engine block which equals more wear and shorter engine life.

Easy to take from box, put together, and fire up. Pretty quite for running on pump gas. Have not tried propane option yet. Remote start from inside the house 30 yards away works flawlessly. The very first initial start up takes a few cranks. Just a heads up for anyone reading this have bought one or plans to. That is expected on anything brand new until primed up. After that ever time push the remote start or on the unit its self, first crank and its running. Runs the whole home perfectly.

The user manual looks like it was written entirely by a lawyer who has never seen let alone used a generator.The English language portion is 31 pages long and at least 85% "NOTICE" "DANGER" "CAUTION" or "WARNING" etc Additionally, it mentions things that it never tells you how to use or even where it's located like the "Eco Mode Switch." Also, it has a dial selector for the type of fuel that makes it look like you can "mix" the type of fuels but it never states whether this is possible or why they have a selector like this (maybe that's the Eco Mode Switch, nothing indicates that). As I indicated, this may be a decent product. I just finished using it for 5 days and it performed well enough but I don't really have any idea if I got the best out of it.

I recently bought this after hurricane Laura because of how long we were without power. I did my research and I think you are getting a lot for your money with this generator. This company has been around for several years, so they have to be doing something right. Hopefully next time we are without power, my family and I will be ready!

Your Duel Fuel 9500 generator replaced our older gas powered one (different competitor) that failed during a snow storm. Our son had purchased one from you and highly recommended your company.
