We bought this generator because we live near the beach. Luckily we haven't had to use it yet but we do run it often to keep it working and it works great. It also isn't as loud as generators I have had in the past. The remote start key fob was included and is easy to use. This is the first generator I've owned with a remote, nice perk.

Just bought the generator. Setup was super simple, 4 13 mm bolts & 2 cotter pins was all it took (wrench included). Was 15°, per manual had to hold choke open to get it started. Once it started and the idle smoothed out I released it. I started it using all 3 ways (push button, remote key fob, and pull start) with both fuels. My old portable generator failed so I upgraded to an electric start one and it is great not having to pull start one any more. You have to bend down to read whatever the Info panel is displaying,

I purchased this as a dual fuel with the intent to have a permanent quick connect for propane outside of my home and an outlet to plug it into to run the house. Open the box it was very easy to assemble just basically putting the wheels and a few other pieces on. I'm impressed it included the propane hose and regulator oil or remote control etc I hooked it up to propane as directed and cranked it over and it started instantly and ran perfectly. This is the perfect in between a permanent standby generator in a smaller portable generator.

Easy to unbox and set up. Very sophisticated electronics that manage the choke, etc. Much more advanced than my previous generator. Learn from my experience: If it doesn't start right away with gasoline, charge the battery overnight with the supplied trickle charger,.

Please read this review. I'm a honest guy. It will save you some time. I received this generator 2 weeks ago. After reading assembly and starting instructions, I put oil and gas in the generator. I pushed the self-starting button. It ran through four automatic crank cycles, so this is a total of 16 attempts to crank. On the 5th cycle, it finally started, so I let it run for 30 minutes since it is new. I turned it off as instructed. I waited 1 day to try it again, since I read on-line there are issues with starting it. On the second day, I used the automatically starting button again, it did start after 2 cracks, however, after 2 minutes it starting idling as if was getting ready to run out of gas and then after 2 minutes of running it shut off. I tried re-cranking several times with no success. I checked the spark plug to make sure it wasn't fouled. It was covered heavily in carbon dust. I cleaned it and put it back in. I tried several times automatically cracking and manually cranking, which by the way is very difficult due to the compression. I weigh 200lbs and work out. It was not easy to crank even with me using my body weight to crank. I also waited about 2 hours in case it was flooded, but it still didn't crank after a couple cycles which is 8 times of cracking. I called Westinghouse customer service, and they said that they would have someone call me back. It was 2:30pm. No one called me back. The next day, I went and got a new a spark plug. I put in the new spark plug with no success. I did read in the reviews that Westinghouse has horrible service. I would recommend to Sam's Club to stop carrying this product. I called them back again today at 3:00pm and gave them my reference number. Once again, they said that someone will call me. Then they asked that I need to provide a picture of the receipt and SN#, which I had already provided them. I then proceed to call Sam's Club customer service to ask for it to be returned. They are currently working with the 3rd party vendor and Westinghouse to get it returned. I'm hoping it will be resolved. This is why I purchased at Sam's Club due to the easy of returning products. There are issues with starting this unit. If it is this hard on the initial starts, it will be worse after the first year as it gets older. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!

Purchased in summer of 2022 and have since been beating the crap out of this thing as a power source for my welder. It is now Jan 2026 and just used it today for 3 hours. I also own the 75/9500 model and use as an extra when I need to run 2 welders. Marshall Custom Welding LLC NAVARRE, FL.

I bought it to use as a backup for my RV and it has been great it's the perfect generator to use in your r v. The generator has an app that allows you to connect it to your Wi-Fi and check it out without having to go where you've located. The generator it's a great feature.

The power goes out where I live fairly often so having a generator is a must. I've had it for a year and have no complaints. It's the only one I've owned of this size so I can't compare it against any others. The handle and the wheels make moving it around simple. Once it's where I need it, the handle folds away neatly.

I bought this two years ago but have not needed to use it so finally got it out of the original box and set it up. Had to charge the battery for about 30 minutes and did a pull start to get it going but it started with no problem. Love all the good YouTube reviews I've seen on it and glad I'll be able to use it for anything in my house.

Just purchased this item and haven’t had time to really test it out. But easy set up and started right away. Have me very optimistic so far. Looking forward to having reliable power next outage. A bit larger than I thought and louder too, but not unreasonably so.
