I have had my WGen9500DF for a bit over a month and I am very happy with the unit. I have 141hrs on it and it has worked very well for me so far. Easy to service, easy to move, more power than I need and the remote start is a great feature to have! I will say, the gas gauge is a bit off, even when visibly full the gauge shows about 1/2 or 3/4 full. However, this doesn't really effect the units operation so no big deal... (I have not tried running it on propane yet)

Everything right down to the box is high quality and well engineered. Instructions are easy to follow. Setup and operation easy. Performance as expected from Westinghouse. Not too heavy once I put two wheels on. The package comes with tools and engine oil, very easy to put getother.

I been needing a good generator and I studied for weeks and went with the Westinghouse Generator cause it had the best reviews and all the features that I needed. It for emergency times and I feel confident that it will provide plenty of energy for when that day comes . I will run it once I get my propane tanks this week. I bought this generator to power my house during Florida hurricane season. Thankfully I haven't needed it, but my sister was in the path of hurricane Helene. Being in the outskirts of town they're estimating she'll be without power for 6-8 weeks. I hooked the generator up at her house, it ran overnight (or about 20 hours total) and the intake valve retainer broke. Sadly, now I have a very expensive paperweight.

Purchased this as a partial home backup generator given the increasing frequency of storms knocking out power in our neighborhood. Now we can open the garage door, keep our security system and internet online, and keep our fridges running so our food doesn't spoil while waiting on the power to be restored. Stoked about this addition to our home and investment in our future. (Though truthfully, I hope it's rarely used!)

It arrived on time and in great condition. Assembled together with no issues. Fired it up and so far so good! Can’t wait for the next Hurricane (I’m kidding). I honestly hope I never have to officially use it, but am relieved that Westinghouse had got my back.

I bought this back in Oct of 2021, and I finally unboxed it and set it up today 2/3/2022. The instruction were very clear and setup was easy. I put synthetic oil in this unit and connected it to a propane tank. I connected the battery and turned the battery switch, hit the start button. It automatically started up and purred like a lion. The best thing is that I did not have to mess with the choke, it just worked. I loved the included remote control and the included trickle charge battery charger. I connected a small heater to one of the outlets and it worked perfectly. So far this unit seems to perform as expected. Its just a great feeling knowing that I have this in case of a power loss during the winter months. I have recommended this unit to my friends and family. It looks great, and so far performs well.

Just purchased this generator, and of course the power goes out at 4 am , my husband and I decided to un pack and set it up with flash lights & a few battery operated lights , it didn't take long to set it up an hour & 1/2 max. It started right up , as soon as we got it running the power came back on . We decided to hook it up to the home anyway. Plugged it in , shut off the main to the home , switched the breaker for the gen. Boom it started right up with no problems. Great purchase . I'm sure it will get plenty of use.

Brought a WGen9500DF from Amazon after losing power for a week. Shipping was quicker then estimated. Easy to setup and run the remote start makes it Extremely easy to start and turn off started right up on a 20lb propane bottle planning to have gas company tie it into my 500 gallon tank

The rateing on this gemerator is the thing that got me interested, 99% faverable out of 12,500 reviews.... It was easy to set up and worked great righe out of the box. I can't wait for the power to go out so I can crank that bad boy up and give it a workout!
