I researched many portable generators, but none had features like: a quick battery disconnect, and trickle charge port to maintain the battery. Being able to run on gasoline or propane makes this machine much more reliable than most other generators. It was the only generator I found with both 30 and 50 amp receptacles to go along with 4-20 amp receptacles. The electric starter works flawlessly, and the data center provides the information to keep track of had on the generator and need for maintenance. The main reason we purchased this generator was for emergency power outings, so we installed a transfer switch to make sure our most important electric needs are met. This machine meets our needs easily.

My electrician recommended this unit after installing a generator transfer switch in my panel. Profesional done, up to code with the breaker bar that doesnt allow the generator switch and mainbreaker to be on at the same time. For a fraction of the price and some leg work, i can keep my essentials running in the event we lose power. Peace of mind.

I went with a bigger more powerful generator than I originally shopped for. This one is easy assembly - really just wheels and feet. Although you have to be ready for its weight as you put the wheels on, once they are on this is easy to move around. Operation is logical and user friendly, and the peace of mind of having enough power if needed is great.

We ordered through our electrician and trusted them to get a generator based on our requested features and needs. This product meets and exceeds our expectations, including price. The test went smoothly and made us feel confident that we will be prepared to weather the next storm comfortably.

Bought this in October of 2024 and am just taking it out of the box today, very easy to put together, basically all you need to do is put handle and wheels on, add oil, and either add gas or hook up lp tank, directions are so easy, love it , however hopefully won’t need to use to much!

You don't want to have to need this, but when we needed it, it came through like a champ! The arrival of Hurricane Ian knocked out the power within hours, and we were stuck without power, which means the electric pump to the well wasn't working, so no water, and no Internet. This was the first time we ever had to use the generator, and once connected to the house, filling the oil and propane gave us the ability to shower, and make a proper cup of tea.

I bought this generator to power my home in the event of a power outage. With 9500 running watts on gas and 8500 running watts on propane it will give me some flexibility in case I run out of gas. I intend to use the generator to power my circuit breaker panels directly using an interlock system so I can have the option to power anything in the house. So far, I have only run the generator for 15 to 20 minutes for initial start up out of the box, and have only tested it on a few household items. Only put about 1500-2000 Watts of load on it so far for the test, but it ran and provided power with no issues. I tested most of the features: push button start, remote start, and switched between gas and and propane. Everything worked without issue. One thing to note on initial startup was using the push button start will automatically start the generator, but it may take a few attempts. I had to push the button twice before it started. This was most likely just due to gas having to go through the fuel lines to the carburetor for the first time. Every time after initial startup, it would start right up with no issues. The generator also comes with a charger for the battery which plugs directly into the front of the generator. This is a great feature especially if the generator is sitting for a while in the cold. Being able to put the battery on a trickle charge will ensure it will start up when you need it. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect the generator to my house and test it yet since I still need to alter my electrical panel to make this happen. So far this generator meets my needs and I recommend it for anyone looking for emergency home power.

So far I am very pleased with this generator. I particularly like the dual fuel capabilities and the many electrical connections. I also like the push button and key fob start options. It seems to be a well built machine and the price was reasonable.

I received this product yesterday. The home delivery was very convenient. Unpacking and minor wheel kit assembly was a breeze. Initial startup (propane) was easy with the generator starting right away. Really like the battery charging port and included charger!

Finally found a generator that would take care of all my needs. This is it. I was expecting it to be louder than my old 6000 but it was not. Assembly was easy and straight forward. Purchased 3 units for work and home. The propane feature is perfect, no having to worry about gas for the monthly start ups.
