I bought this product in early July 2023, but due to a delay in delivery, I have only used it a few times. The battery would not start it when I first tried. I had to charge it with the battery charger that came with it which was easy to hookup. After it was charged it started easily and starts every time I push the electric start button. Also starts easily by using the remote fob. I tried using different power tools and it worked great. I think this generator is going to be reliable and cover all my needs.

I bought this generator in anticipation of the upcoming winter freeze season. As a first time generator owner, I enjoyed that it was shipped cleanly and simple to put together. The documentation is well written and easy to understand even for a newbie like me. I love the ability to use propane as a fuel source since I use propane more than gas around my house. My only complaint would be that it came with conventional oil as opposed to synthetic oil. That isn't enough to knock it down a star however.

I have only owned this product for approximately one week. The quality of the unit as well as the packaging is outstanding. I plan to have it connected to the house for standby power late next week and hopefully everything will work well. The only reason I didn’t get it five stars is prior to purchasing it I tried to find service locations and there virtually none in the immediate area. So if the unit has a major problem I probably will not be able to get it repaired.

I just bought this 2 weeks ago and I'm very happy with the ease of use and the energy output as well. It gives us more than enough power to run our well pump, water heater, fridges, freezers and a few other things as well. The remote start is a great feature as well, we don't even have go outside to start it!

I purchased the Westinghouse WGen9500DF generator for home backup power and to run any power tools on our acreage. It always starts every time whether electronically or with the pull start. I have yet to find anything wrong with it, and it’s super easy to transport. The remote start to me is a huge plus. Also the fact that it’s dual fuel and can use propane and gas is perfect for emergencies. We use propane so we can store fuel long term, and also couple it with our large home propane tank. I used it during the last power outage to power our freezer and it went without a hitch. I would recommend this generator to anyone who needs home backup power or any kind of portable usage for power usage.

My husband and I survived the big Texas freeze in February 2021. We had no power or water for several days. Our house went down below 40 degrees inside. We decided we needed a generator that would help us survive any Texas catastrophe thrown our way. We liked this generator because it is dual fuel. It will be powerful enough to run many appliances as well as our heater and a window unit if needed. We hope we won't have to use it often but it appears to be a quality product that is fairly easy to use. We plan to have an electrician add an outlet to our fuse box so we can select which electrical items we want to use. This generator appears to be powerful enough to get us through. Delivery was timely and courteous.

I just purchased this Duel Fuel generator. I assembled it in minutes by installing the wheels and support feet. The instructions are extremely clear and easy to follow. I was very excited to get it started. The remote start feature is incredible. So easy to use. I love this thing.

We ordered this unit during tropical storm Henri on a Sunday night and it was delivered Tuesday morning at 7:30 am!! I unboxed it today and followed the directions for assembly, hooked it up to a 30lb propane tank and hit start. It tried once and automatically tried a second time and it fired up and ran great! I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship.

I am extremely satisfied with this generator! Everything worked the way it was supposed to right out of the box. I tried it with both types of fuel and performed as it should. I am extremely happy with the remote start fob! //i would highly recommend this generator!

I bought this generator after we lost power during a pretty bad Midwest storm. Packaging/instructions was great and it started and ran flawlessly. We used it primarily for our freezers and even powered the air conditioning in our camper. I'd recommend this unit to any homeowner looking for piece of mind during power outages. I fired it up a few random times since the initial purchase, purred like a champ. The auto start is a great option and the remote is coinvent too.
