This is my first generator, after a lot of online research, I am glad that I chose this WGen9500DF. The build is very solid. Assembly is very easy, only took me 10 minutes with included tools. Add oil and gas, connect the battery, the generator started up without any issue. The noise level is acceptable. The plan next is to install power inlet box and a lockout switch in my panel.

I brought a 7500 watts Westinghouse a few years ago and always started up and run my house with no problem. so we upgraded to a 9500 watts with remote and dual fuel generator now I had it 2 weeks now and runs good and has about the same running time as the 7500 watts

After doing some research for an upgraded generator I purchased the WGen9500DF. I had a older 8K generator and we were looking for upgraded power after the last storm to ensure we can still use the stove and elec. water heater (as well as TVs, lights, etc) the next time. We upgraded the generator hook to 50AMP and wanted a generator to match. This is able to power our well pump, water heater, forced air oil furnace, elec stove top, and any light/TV in the house w/o breaking a sweat. It was delivered on time and was able to set it up in about 30 minutes. Started easily and ran w/o issue. FYI...Dont forget the small 'on switch' for the gas flow under the left side of the gas tank!

Bought it as a back up to power the house essentials. Propane option and remote start make it easy to operate. Started at the first try w/o any problem. I am happy with the purchase and would recommend it. appears to be a solid build as expected (i did a lot of research prior to making the purchase)

This little genset has lots of nice features and appears to be made well. It's quiet for its size and power and the electric start is very nice. Knocking off a star for dings and dents on delivery but that probably isn't entirely the manufacturer's fault.

We live in Fla. bought this generator for backup to replace 23 year old unit of half its size. Electric start and operation on propane were features that helped me make this choice. Hooked it up and started the 5 hour break in period the manual said not to laod more than half load and to vary load for first 5 hours. Tried to vary the load by doing things that strained the old generator like running the microwave which is about a 1000w laod it didn’t even fade this one. So I disconnected one of the 4500w elements in my electric water heater and flipped on the breaker and could tell it put a load on it. Plan on doing this when using it for backup power so as not to strain the unit to its max. Preformed perfect it runs the rest of the normal things in the house with no problems runs window acunits with no strain. Will try the central ac unit after breaking. Impressive so far. Hope it lasts as long as my old unit witch I am confident it will

We purchased for backup power during our many power outages. Once we got passed the delayed delivery and the damaged shipping carton. Then only to find out that the exhaust heat shroud had a dent in it! I inspected and everything else looked ok. Set up went quick but it could have used a little more oil shipped with it. Didn't want to run on fuel just yet for the first time so I hooked it to propane. Used the key fob and the gen started first try no problems. Power output is as designed, powers everything we purchased it for. No issues fingers crossed. Thanks!

I bought this generator due to the threatened PG&E power shut off's currently happening in California. Started first try. Has a very easy to set up key fob for remote start... along with a push button electric start on the generator. Very easy to set up and with a 3 year warranty... I'm very happy so far.

I purchased this generator for a well that I have for watering cattle. We have had so many hurricanes in the past few years and power remaining out for several days. I wanted something reliable for a power source for my well. I have a Westing House generator at my house for backup power there. I like it. This generator offers a good warranty also if needed.

Finally took some time to unpack the unit, fill it with oil and gas, and hooked up the battery and powered it up. It powered up first time without any problems. Plugged an electrical tool into an outlet and it worked like a charm. I especially like the remote start/stop option and tried it out - one of the reasons why we bought the unit because it will be handy if have to start the unit on a cold winter day/evening. Planning to use the unit to power the necessities in our house if and when we loose power and feel comfortable that this unit will meet our needs whether during the cold Montana winter or summer time.
