After opening the box and seeing the paperwork that was inside, I was a little intimidated about assembling and using my generator. As I began reading the manual, I realized that the step-by-step instructions were easy to follow. In no time I had my generator assembled and running.

We bought the 9500 Westinghouse portable generator just in time! One day later, our power went out and this bad boy provided all the amps we needed to have a fully functional home. Powerful, easy start, and everything we want in a generator. We just plugged it into our hard wired electrical system and had no worries.

We just received our generator, more quickly than anticipated. It was packed extremely well and there were no dings on the box. All parts are accounted for. It's a beautiful machine, with great features, perfect for our needs in FL. We bought it after reading the reviews and got it at a great price, considering it was post Hurricane Milton. We are in the process of setting it up and getting it started. We will update if we encounter any issues or have any suggestions. We are really happy to have this!

Received the Westinghouse 9500DF generator with a bent frame. The wheel was difficult to attach to the frame and rubbing against the battery so it’s useless to push or pull without damaging the battery. The propane regulator also appears bent due to fram damage. I contacted Amazon who put me on with customer service. They did not hesitate to sending me a replacement. Perhaps the replacement will be undamaged and in working condition so I can update my review?

Generator was easy to setup. I love the electric start and remote keyfob feature. I hooked up a propane tank and the generator started with no issues. I bought this because we've had several power outages the last few months. So i did my research and Westinghouse had excellent reviews, plus i have a friend that has this same model and he loves it.

I just received this united on 9/11/2020 (37 days after purchase) and put it thru all of the non load run tests. It started on gasoline and propane by remote and push button every time with minimum noise/vibrations and no leaks. Ran 4 times for 1/2 hr. each on both fuels with no problems, real test will come when power outage occurs. Only issue I had was a minor one. The weld on nut for one of the front feet was poorly done and snapped off when tightening.

We have been waiting patiently to purchase the WGen9500DF because it was out of stock everywhere. It was worth the wait!!! It has the power to power my entire house in case of an electric outage. The registration process was short, simple and easy. Tested the gas and propane and it met my expectations. Do not hesitate to purchase this product!

Although I have not had an outage that required us to use the generator yet compared to other options I considered this product offers a good combination of features at a competitive price. The unit was well packaged and included all the items needed to get the unit ready for service. Assembly was limited and simple. Product instructions were clearly written. The unit started readily and was able to power our central HVAC unit with ease simultaneously with a few other critical service items.

purchased this item after hurricane ian, once arrived, assembly required minimal, and once filled with oil, fuel and battery connection made starting was a breeze. just make sure choke is in the cold start position. tried all methods of starting, worked as expected. was especially surprised at the ease of pull start. very happy with purchase to date.

Just got it less than a week ago haven't really tried it out a lot yet but it runs great and it's nice and quiet bought it for power outages from storms hopefully won't need it for a long period of time but it's nice to have when you need it the most
