I have NEVER been a Salmon eater - could not stand the smell of it. But after trying this brand we have salmon 2 or 3 times a month! No smell at all and the texture is firm not mushy like most.

This was 16 portions (5 ounce each) of individually ai sealed frozen salmon from Norway for $67, making it $4.18 a serving. That’s a decent price for how much protein is in general in todays market.

I was extremely pleased with this purchase. I like to make sushi and poke and this salmon was so incredibly fresh and delicious. Not a hint of fishyness - just absolute clean, fresh fish. And the portion size is just right - individually packaged for convenience. And it's actually a very good value as well. I rarely write reviews but this really deserved it, so I took the time.

I ordered the sashimi salmon from Sam’s with my fingers crossed that this product would be wonderful. And it was excellent. The salmon arrived still frozen solid. The taste of the salmon was akin to what you would get in the finest Japanese restaurants.. I am incredibly pleased.

Earlier shipments arrived with edges that were thawed and dry ice completely gone. The last shipment arrived several days late and was completely thawed, it would have been dangerous to consume, so we called mid shipment as soon as we knew it would be delayed and asked for a refund. We took the packages to the dump for disposal.

This is my 3rd time ordering this salmon online and I am so disappointed with the service I received. I placed the order on a Thursday to be delivered on Saturday ( there is a 2 day time when you place the order). When did I receive my Salmon?, Monday morning! Arrived with no dry ice which was completed melted and ALL of the salmon thawed out. Nothing was frozen, had to discard the entire box of salmon.I was depending on this order for an event I had planned on Sunday for Mother's day. Not sure if I will order again.

This Salmon is amazingly good. It is the first time Ive had sashimi grade. All I can say is it is like butter. It slices like butter and after you have had a piece it leaves a creamy butter taste on your palette . I would have given it 5 stars but it has some bones that I had to pull out. I thought since it can be eaten raw it would have been boneless.

At first I was very reluctant to ordering this, but I am so happy I did. Each piece of fresh salmon is individually wrapped which is great for portion control! The fillets are skinless and not fishy! I have had them baked in the oven with various marinades. I can't wait to try them on the grill!

I served this at a family dinner and everyone raved that it was the best salmon they’ve ever had. The meat was so tender with a light taste. Package arrived in perfect condition, still completely frozen with dry ice. I wish I had bought more when it was on sale it was a great price even without the sale. Haven’t tried it raw on sushi or eat as sashimi but planning to try one piece that way. Will definitely buy again.

The salmon was packaged beautifully and was frozen solid. The shipment I received emitted an odd odor when cooking, had a strange bland taste that bordered on being tasteless, and had an unpleasant chemical-like after taste. I cooked several portions and threw most of it away.
