We bought it and cooked it on the pellet smoker. It was tender and very tasty. We had about 4 meals from this roast. Roast beef, steaks, wraps and steak on salad.

We’ve found this is the best way to purchase toast. Since just the 2 of us to prepare meals for. I can take this big roast n cut into 3 - 4 smaller roast. And fixed in crock pot makes perfect meal for just 2.

Love it! We take it home and cut it into smaller roasts and use the food saver to put it in the freezer. We use left over roasts to make soups, stews, sometimes grind into to burger.

I’ve purchased this roast to make burritos, tamales and meals I needed a large quantity of beef. I’ve never been disappointed with the quality or the price. The beef is boneless so it’s easy to cut and prepare for any meal.

I bought it today, when I cut the plastic wrap, I smelled terrible smell, I went back and returned it. This is my second time to buy this beef with this terrible smell. The meat department must take an action!!!!

I bought it to make steaks. It was just a big hunk of meat. I got 4 steaks out of 10 lbs. I will have to figure out something else to do with the rest.
