This was my first try at cutting my own large roast into other cuts. It went fairly well. This whole roast was tender and had good flavor.

As always this meat selection from Sam's Club was excellent. Delicious as always and better priced than the grocery story.

We’ve found this is the best way to purchase toast. Since just the 2 of us to prepare meals for. I can take this big roast n cut into 3 - 4 smaller roast. And fixed in crock pot makes perfect meal for just 2.

this was perfect, super fresh, since we are empty nesters, we cut in in half and was able to get 2 meals out of it with leftovers, the next 1 we get, we will shred it for sandwiches
