Lots of fat and gristle in this meat. I won't be buying this type of meat anymore.

Great to have the whole tip to work into steaks, roasts, and stew meat.

This was my first try at cutting my own large roast into other cuts. It went fairly well. This whole roast was tender and had good flavor.

I get a big one and cut it into four meals. Crock pot and InstaPot create tender, moist roast that everyone enjoys.

As always this meat selection from Sam's Club was excellent. Delicious as always and better priced than the grocery story.

Great price on a delicious, tender cut of beef. I made it for our family's Christmas dinner and we all enjoyed it so much. I used the leftovers for sandwiches and then a beef stew. Great purchase!

this was perfect, super fresh, since we are empty nesters, we cut in in half and was able to get 2 meals out of it with leftovers, the next 1 we get, we will shred it for sandwiches
