Great to have the whole tip to work into steaks, roasts, and stew meat.

Great tasty on grill. Smoked it with maple, hickory and mesquite

Was delicious, great price.

Lots of fat and gristle in this meat. I won't be buying this type of meat anymore.

Good flavor, not alot of fat
