it wasn’t hard at all to cut this meat up. It was my very first time buying this and attempting to cut it up on my own. That being said I so much prefer just buying pre-cut meat and not having to deal with all the extra parts such as some blood pools and the extra gristle and fatty parts. I’ll probably still buy this again because the price is so much better than buying the pre-cut meats and it really didn’t take me that long to do it all. I ended up making several steaks and a roast, and I used the scrap meat for kebabs. All of it was delicious. My husband said the steak was the best that he has had.

I used it to enhance a Mexican cheek barbacoa, and the outcome was excellent.

I bought cases of these several times. The last time, I mean the LAST time, they were not full sirloin tips. It looked like they were partial tips. They weren't individually packaged either. There were several, very fatty pieces bagged together that didn't resemble the ones I'd previously purchased. After trimming the fat we were left with a very large, expensive pile of inedible cow parts. Definitely not the value it once was.

We bought a couple of these. We cut one up for steaks, rubbed it with a little Tony Chechre's and they cooked up very nice. We cooked one in a slow cooker, and made pulled beef sandwiches with it. Added some of the Sonny's Sweet BBQ Sauce to the meat and it came out perfect. The odd pieces that wouldn't make good steaks, we cut into bite size pieces and marinated in Teriyaki and cooked with a little soy sauce/brown sugar, and it was great with rice.

Like the texture

I bought a $30.00 chunk for my sons birthday party! I left it over night in my crock pot with blended chile California , guajillo and beef stock.. it was a ton once I shredded it!! Perfect for a party it fed 20 people and I had left overs for two days.

Was delicious, great price.

Lots of fat and gristle in this meat. I won't be buying this type of meat anymore.
