Prepared in my electric roaster. The roast came out perfect! Sections of well done, medium, and rare. Some guests that have had trouble chewing beef commented that it was the first beef they had enjoyed in years.

These whole sirloin tips are great! I cut them into roasts, steaks, and beef tips. They are tender and have a good flavor. With the price, I save a lot of money.

Very versitile cut of beef, I like to buy in whole tip cuts then do final cutting for our own purpose of stews, steaks, stir fry and soups. Beef prices are beginning to hurt our budget quite a bit so we'll be cutting back some. Mo chicken, yuk!

I bought this for our family Christmas eve dinner. It was easy to cut into several roast. It was tender and delicious. I would definitely purchase it again. I also used the left overs for vegetable soup a few days later and it was the best vegetable soup I've made.

I buy this cut again and again. It’s sirloin, so it tends to be a little tough, but some meat tenderizer and proper cooking techniques will result in a delicious result. I like to cut the whole roast into cubes and roast in the oven SLOWLY, in broth and with some potatoes and onions added in the last hour or so of cooking. If you keep it covered with a lid or some foil, it won’t dry out while you’re trying to get it tender. Very good flavor from this cut.

Excellent quality of meat. Depending on the size I purchase, you can get several roasts from one large sirloin. The last one I bought I got four good size roasts from one pack. These are also great to grind, cut into small bites, whatever you need for your meal.

Really great quality, huge and feeding a family of 6 for 3 meals!!! We did Mississippi Pot Roast for the first night, then seperated the leftovers into 2. 2nd night we chopped it and added bbq sauce for sandwiches. The third night we added Mexican Chimichanga spices and made burritos. And there's still enough left to make stew for a 4th meal!
