I own a restaurant and have been paying $7 to $9 per lb. however these are more for beef stew i make beef tips over rice sells out every time. simple way, cut tips in 1x1 squares. cook on flat top until complementary done. place in deep pan, i use 4'' steam table pan that sams sells. make enough brown gravy to cover the tips completely. ( you might have to use 2 pans if cooking all.) cover with foil, bake at 375-400 for 1.5 to 2 hours checking after 1hour. fall apart in your mouth so good. i just gave you a money making recipe. you welcome..

Terrible store, no customer service, mindless associates. Tell them about the molded bread, they give money back. Then don't remove the product from the sales floor. I bought another, opened the outer package to verify no mold, but when I arrived home my daughter opened it to eat. Mold was present under the packaging. REMOVE THESE MOLDED PACKAGES. No where else have I experienced this kind of foolishness at a club. We have shopped Sams clubs across the southwest. Arizona, New Mexico, Utah. None are comparable to this store/warehouse. It's like they just want you to go away, they have other customers to rip off.

I went to cut the meat two days after it was purchased which was friday and it had a terrible smell that filled my house. The meat was rotten and had fermented spots. Mind you the best by date was marked for today the 7th. There's no reason it should have been rotten already.

This was a terrible cut of meat. There were tendons and fat all throughout. Had to throw 1/3 away.

It's very hard, not soft at all, and takes too long to cook.

I regularly purchase this product because I alway get praise on the meal
