First off this is a great deal. On top of that the cut is delicious and lean. I made steaks, carne asada, bacon and stir fry out of this cut. I would highly recommend it as a lean healthy cut of meat that you can use in a lot of different ways.

I have bought this several and it is the best sirloin tip roast i've bought in quite a while. I can get 3 or 4 good size roast from this whole side which helps me have roast anytime i want to by freezing it.

Very versitile cut of beef, I like to buy in whole tip cuts then do final cutting for our own purpose of stews, steaks, stir fry and soups. Beef prices are beginning to hurt our budget quite a bit so we'll be cutting back some. Mo chicken, yuk!

This used to be the best! Now covered with grey gristle, silver white inedible tough layer, meat tough and full of adrenaline. I tried pounding it, but kids, wife spit it out and said it was not good meat. Tried it in stew and kids choked because of all the silver grey gristle coating it. Could not chew it. Really disappointed as this used to be great. Might be ok if you could grind it up for hamburger, or put it in blender and make dog food… Will not purchase again until they get edible meat.

I found the weight listed on the label does not match the weight of the meat packaged. Since the roast is so large, I usually cut it down into smaller roasts. I used my scale and found the total weight of the roast before cutting did not match the label. Sounds like the pricing includes the weight of the packaging.

Meat was very, very tough, not happy with this purchase.

Terrible store, no customer service, mindless associates. Tell them about the molded bread, they give money back. Then don't remove the product from the sales floor. I bought another, opened the outer package to verify no mold, but when I arrived home my daughter opened it to eat. Mold was present under the packaging. REMOVE THESE MOLDED PACKAGES. No where else have I experienced this kind of foolishness at a club. We have shopped Sams clubs across the southwest. Arizona, New Mexico, Utah. None are comparable to this store/warehouse. It's like they just want you to go away, they have other customers to rip off.

It's very hard, not soft at all, and takes too long to cook.

Bought this a month ago and cut it into steaks and roasts. Meat has good flavor and once I master how to cut the meat down it will be even better
