Was well within the expiration date printed in the package. Some of the lamb chops were obviously either handled poorly or out of date. Woke up sick in the middle of the night.

We had them last week. They were tender and delicious. The best that we have ever had.

Old Bay seasoning with garlic, onion, lemon and pan fried it. My family ate it to the bare bones.

Very rich, great price, many chops for $10. So much protein in such a little bite of food. If you like lamb, this is a must have.

48hrs sous vide @130F,pat dry, quick sear. Fall off the bone best meal.

Wonderful product at a great price. Cook them any way, they are delicious.
