My favorite cheese at Sam’s i’ve tried Manchego in other places, and it is not the same.

Wonderfully full, and complex yet mild flavored sheep milk cheese, great texture, easy to shave or cut, good alone, with an olive mix or in recipes, all at a good price for Manchega made from sheep raised in central Spain's "La Mancha" region.

The Member's Mark Manchego is NEXT level. It will make an imprssive addition to your next Charcuterie board. For the price you get considerably more cheese than supermarkets brand.

The club in Roswell, NM, does not sell feta chunk. I also like Tillamook Dubliner cheese but could not find it recently. There is crumbled feta, but half of it is cellulose. I wanted to try Manchego cheese, but it is completely tasteless. Not recommended.
