The club in Roswell, NM, does not sell feta chunk. I also like Tillamook Dubliner cheese but could not find it recently. There is crumbled feta, but half of it is cellulose. I wanted to try Manchego cheese, but it is completely tasteless. Not recommended.

Love this cheese. Mild yet distinct flavor, holds together well when shredding or shaving. Melts smoothly when incorporated into sauces.
