My favorite cheese! It's made from sheep's milk, so technically it is not a "dairy" food, it's A2 protein instead of A1 protein which is most cow's milk. A2 protein is easier to digest. But aside from the nutritional qualities, it tastes amazing and this is THE best price!

This cheese is amazing. The flavor is wonderful. I wasn't sure if I would like sheep milk cheese, but it's flavorful and great. Perfect for anyone lactose intolerant.

This Manchego is a bit different from the Mexican manchego. It is firmer, stronger and a bit drier, with excellent flavour! We love it and buy it every time we are at Sams.

I love the convenience of being able to get goat or sheep's milk cheeses at Sam's. Manchego is one of my all-time favorites, and folks who don't often stray beyond cheddar or swiss find Manchego quite agreeable.

Great Cheese for lactose intolerance

This cheese is fanulous!

Having been "raised" on manchego in Spain, I would not recommend this cheese. This brand is not aged very long and, as a result, has a very sharp, almost peppery, taste. Previous brand carried by Sams was aged longer and had the "normal" nutty flavor. This version is more moist and much less crumbly than the previous brand. Won't buy again.
