Great Cheese for lactose intolerance

Amazing for my family! My wife can not have cow’s milk cheese; however, goat and sheep has proven excellent!

I love the convenience of being able to get goat or sheep's milk cheeses at Sam's. Manchego is one of my all-time favorites, and folks who don't often stray beyond cheddar or swiss find Manchego quite agreeable.

This cheese is amazing. The flavor is wonderful. I wasn't sure if I would like sheep milk cheese, but it's flavorful and great. Perfect for anyone lactose intolerant.

Perfect cow cheese replacement. The flavor is more of a nutty cheese but also sharp like a cheddar.
