I have to be honest and say I haven't tasted a lot of other brands of Manchego. But, when you find what you love, why bother keep looking?

The cheese that I purchased today is not the same cheese I have purchased in the past. Not sure what happen but the quality is poor, no taste, different color, different flavor, totally disappointed, ended up throwing it out.

Cubed and room temperature is the best! Really brings out the flavor.

I'm allergic to cows milk but this cheese works well. We have pizza every Friday and this gets shredded and sprinkled on top. It's the best!

The only cheese from Spain that I buy because I will never forget the taste from my last visit there.
