Love this cheese. Make sure to cut and let at room temp for at least and 1/2 hour, thinly sliced. Accompany with prosciutto or sweet ham if you don't have Jamon de Bellotas or Jamon Ibérico. Brings back special memories about my mother country!

I love this cheese. Members Mark Manchego cheese has a nice tang and nutty taste that I am really fond of personally. I have been trying to stay away from too much cows for milk products and this one fits the bill and is delicious.

My favorite cheese.....serve at room temp with toasts or crackers. Yes.....it's a lot of cheese in that package. You will find it's not enough! Your friends will love it too!

Best bargain for delicious manchego

The texture and flavor of this Manchego are superb. It makes a marvelous, melty grilled cheese sandwich. Try it on pizza, you'll never go back to mozzarella! Delicious. Perfect on crackers alone or with fig or cherry jam or fresh grapes. And the price! You can't beat it anywhere. This is a top quality Manchego for an unbelievable Member's Mark price. Three thumbs up! Well, if I had three thumbs.

It has a light nutty taste, Cheese is not to moist or dry. Great with crackers. My grandkid loves it.

Delicious melted - the flavor is softer than when eaten raw. I put it any and all sandwiches and pizza.

Not good at all. Not old enough and was such does not taste as Manchego but as cheap local Swiss. Not worried the price.

The club in Roswell, NM, does not sell feta chunk. I also like Tillamook Dubliner cheese but could not find it recently. There is crumbled feta, but half of it is cellulose. I wanted to try Manchego cheese, but it is completely tasteless. Not recommended.
