Fantastic cut of beef. Always tender, even if you accidentally go past medium rare on the cook. Much cheaper option for getting your moneys worth as far as vutting up your own steaks and roasts

This product was a bit overpriced for the amount of beef. We had to cut away probably 10 ounces due to excessive fat. After it was all prepped, we still had a good amount but $229.00 was a bit high.

Very tender full of flavor.

You cannot go wrong with Beef Tenderloin. Having the meat pretrimmed saves time during the prep work.

The top 2/3 of meat looked ok. As I started cutting the rest of way down it was very bloody & large blood clots. I could not feed family this not knowing reason why all of the blood clots. For safety reason I returned the filet to Sam’s. No questions asked at return counter. They credited back my Sam’s card 191.00dollars. Prompt service !

filet roast was very good and tender. It was nice having the option to purchase a roast that extra trimmed of fat.

While tenderloin is a Christmas Eve tradition. This was the best one I've ever bought. Trimmed very well, no gnarly piece at the end.

I got six great filets out of this tenderloin, and then had enough left to make six wonderful chicken fried steaks after tenderizing.
