The cost of beef is Ridiculously High and if I had not promised it to my family for Christmas dinner, I would not have bought it! I will be going the pork and chicken route going forward until beef gets much more reasonable in cost.

The choice angus beef loin was bar far one of the best tenderloins we have ever bought so tender, the fat was already trimmed off it gets a 5 🌟 from us!!

You cannot go wrong with Beef Tenderloin. Having the meat pretrimmed saves time during the prep work.

filet roast was very good and tender. It was nice having the option to purchase a roast that extra trimmed of fat.

While tenderloin is a Christmas Eve tradition. This was the best one I've ever bought. Trimmed very well, no gnarly piece at the end.

Filet roast was excellent quality, but I don't understand why a trimmed choice prime roast is $10/lb more than choice cut filets?

Over $30 a pound, and had a strip of gristle running through it. Good, after carving around it, but unacceptable for an "extra trim" angus beef tenderloin.

The extra trim was well worth it.
