worst hunk of meat I have ever bought, it doesn't matter how cheap it is, I'll never buy it again. Save your money and don't do it

My son doesn't like turkey. He cooked this in the crock pot with pepperoncini, onion soup mix, an envelope of buttermilk ranch dressing and a stick of butter. There was no waste at all.

Gristle was throughout the meat. It was not edible at all. The flavor of the meat also had a bad taste and I am guessing that it is because of the amount of tough gristle. It was embarrassing because we had guests over for dinner.

I bought this about a month ago. I used this cut of in my beef stew. I cut it up into bite sized pieces and cooked in my pressure cooker. It turned out wonderful! I will definitely buy again and highly recommend this product

We purchased 2 of these for our Christmas Eve dinner the past 2 years. They were very tender, very flavorful, and has now become an annual tradition. Had many compliments about the wonderful flavor.

I was not that happy with this roast. It was almost 4 pounds. It had so much water in it, after cooking, it was only about 2 and a half pounds. The flavor was great.

I bought this roast for a pot roast. I seasoned it on all sides then browned it on all sides before putting in crock pot with some beef broth, onions, carrots and celery. It was out of this world delicious and tender.

I've bought this twice and it's for a good price, at least with high inflationary prices, at just under $5/lb. There is little marbling, which I wanted very lean beef. I use this to make beef stew or thin cuts of beef slices in my Chinese cooking. Super lean is what I'm looking for. Since these roasts are very lean, I could also put in my meat grinder. It ends up being less expensive buying this and grinding it than to buy already ground beef that is fattier. Often they say having fattier beef makes it more flavorful and juicy, but I want to keep my saturated fats down a lot, so for juiciness in burger, I use chopped mushrooms and I season the beef with all sorts of seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, Himalayan sea salt, and other seasonings. You can make very tasty and juicy burgers or meatballs without all that fat, with greater nutrition.

This is perfect for a roast dinner probably won’t order an item like this online again as they picked me out a much smaller portion than I normally get even tho I opted for a lager one I almost didn’t have enough to feed my family thank god for dinner sides but other wise I love this product and buy it regularly.
