Hoping to get a tender Roast, We cooked this roast in an Instant Pot that cooks under pressure. After 2 meals we threw 6the rest away

when I buy a roast I don't waste my time putting it in the oven I throw it in the Crock-Pot. I've never had a terrible roast come out of the crock pot. this is one of the best pieces of meat that I've purchased.

This product is horrible. Very hard and bad quality. And it was cook as a medium. I bought more than 4 pieces for a party. Terrible mistake!
