Great for pot roast. Slow cooked in croc pot 7 hours. Tasted great

Meat was spoiled.

Not too bad, cooked in crock pot as I usually cook our roasts, the flavor was good, but not fall apart tender.

Cut is tough, I will not buy beef until price comes way down! I don't know what else to say, quit buying beef until price comes down!

Cooked to medium rare using meat thermometer. Sliced very thin had very little fat. Everyone enjoyed it.

Cutting it yourself as quick cook steaks works pretty well for a Keto/carnivore diet. It tastes well when seasoned.

Ive been buying this roast for a couple yrs now and it never disappoints. This roast is always tender and full of flavor- love that its angus grown too.

This product is horrible. Very hard and bad quality. And it was cook as a medium. I bought more than 4 pieces for a party. Terrible mistake!

Very tough to eat... I roasted it in a bag thinking it would be extra tender....not. Would not purchase again
