The cut was perfect and allowed me to end up with two roasts. Meat was tender and produced excellent broth.

Not too bad, cooked in crock pot as I usually cook our roasts, the flavor was good, but not fall apart tender.

Good taste if cooked long enough. You lose 25% immediately by having to remove the fat cap. Would be nice if trimmed better.
