We always enjoy this cut. First as a roast and then in stew. It is super lean so the stew scenario makes it tender. We tried brining last time and it turned out great.

Great for a roast, beef stew or soup. I cut it in half and will get two good, hearty meals with it. I have never been disappointed with the meat I buy at Sam’s. It’s always good quality & great tasting. Not too much fat…nice and lean!

I bought one to make tender roast beef it turned out amazing. I recommend slow and low I brought the temp to 200* on 250 for many hours! it was excellent. I put beef broth 1/4 of the way up the roast after searing in a hot pan.

I smoked this and sliced it thin for sandwiches. Delicious! Still the best meat for the price.

This is some of the best roast we have purchased in a long time. It was very tender with just the right amount of fat to make it extra tasty. The price was the best around town. I will definitely purchase again.
