I cooked as a medium done roast. The flavor was great, but I could not figure any direction to cut it that didn't have really chewy parts.

I was not that happy with this roast. It was almost 4 pounds. It had so much water in it, after cooking, it was only about 2 and a half pounds. The flavor was great.

Seems it's policy to include the weight of the packaging in the price of the product. I cut large large roasts into smaller roasts. But when I weighed the roast before cutting it down, it was less than the label listed weight.

Great for a roast, beef stew or soup. I cut it in half and will get two good, hearty meals with it. I have never been disappointed with the meat I buy at Sam's. It's always good quality & great tasting. Not too much fat…nice and lean!

This meat taste good but was really tough. I don't know cuts of meat very well, but this bottom round was not good. We slow roasted it for a few hours in broth.

We always enjoy this cut. First as a roast and then in stew. It is super lean so the stew scenario makes it tender. We tried brining last time and it turned out great.

I smoked this and sliced it thin for sandwiches. Delicious! Still the best meat for the price.
