Tender Beef that almost melts in your mouth. Very flavorful. Will buy it again.

Not too bad, cooked in crock pot as I usually cook our roasts, the flavor was good, but not fall apart tender.

Leaner, tougher cut of beef but is great for low, slow braising dishes such as Birria and Georgia pot roast.
