Good flavor, not too fatty and super tender when cooked in crock pot on low for 8ish hours/overnight.

I cooked this roast on low for 6 hours in my crock pot. It was tough and with gristle . Will nuot buy any more from Sam's Club.

Depending on how many you feed, this will make quite a bit, served with extra ingredients. We usually have leftovers as we are only 2.
