Terrible cut

Very soft, Cooked in the slow cooker for a beef stew. Had a very nice smooth texture. I will be buying again

Leaner, tougher cut of beef but is great for low, slow braising dishes such as Birria and Georgia pot roast.

Had to freeze this beautiful bottom of the round! Got to warm here to make pot roast! I’ll make it next week!

The cut was perfect and allowed me to end up with two roasts. Meat was tender and produced excellent broth.

Used to make a great beef stew on a cold Winter's day. Soup was delicious everything came from Sam's.

This was one tough piece of meat. Even sliced thin it was difficult to chew. We usually have great beef in Nebraska but this was not one of them.

I like this cut of meat because I can cut it into steak's for my husband & I can eat & we get enough left over to make Stir Fry with .

Good flavor, not too fatty and super tender when cooked in crock pot on low for 8ish hours/overnight.
