I waa able.to portion this purchase down to get several tasty meals from it. This greatly offset the purchaae price. The marbled flesh is just right; the fat content isn't overwhelming. The taste is fresh and delicate.

Sam's always has great quality meat, but this beef roast is a favorite of ours. It's a must have for a slow cooker roast. Always delicious, esp. when adding a bit of the Member's Mark beef base to the beef broth.

Best prices for beef way fresher than most of our local grocery store especially for the price. We use to make steaks/roast/ground beef learned the hard way it’s best to vacuum seal it

A really good size and cut of meat for a crockpot roast. It was nicely trimmed so no waste or paying for scraps. Price on all grocery items still are tough.

I always enjoy roasts from Sam's. I season them, then cook in a crock pot. They come out tender and delicious every time. They make great gravy, too.

Affordable. Needed a little tenderizing. Ample size for just the two of us. Sliced the remainder and froze it to cut up later for use in salads, wraps, etc...

I got this at a really great price. Made a roast. Was a better cut than what I bought at Winn Dixie. Makes a juicy roast especially if you sear first and slow cook fat up.

Used this to grind up with my deer meat to add some fat to the meat. Very good quality meat for the price and had just the right amount of fat to add to venison.

After seasoning the roast, I cooked it in crockpot about 8 hours, shredded it and served on top of mashed potatoes. It was well received by family and vacuum sealed left overs and froze them.
