Meat was tough.

I bought this Angus bottom round and it was absolutely delicious.

Cooked for couple hrs, grainy hard meat..

Slow cooker for 8 hours on low. super tough.

Yummy made BBQ and it was sooooo good. Perfect amount for 3-4 people with sides.

I always go to Sams for my meats. They have great quality plus occationaly they have Manager special that are affordable

Doesn’t shrink much while cooking. In a 5 lbs roast, might loose 1/2 lbs to cooking. Means they have not injected water into meat for weight.

Freshly bought, and went immediately home and open the package to vacuum seal the meat in a freezer bag and the meat smelled rancid.
