Freshly bought, and went immediately home and open the package to vacuum seal the meat in a freezer bag and the meat smelled rancid.

The meat was extremely tough, thought about returning it however, I purchased it for the Christmas holiday and didn’t have time for return

My family loves this roast. I cook at 350 degrees for about 3 hours. We like it well done, and its so tender.

I always go to Sams for my meats. They have great quality plus occationaly they have Manager special that are affordable

Had bad smell no matter how I cooked. I made a stew and curry, then had to let the leftover meat to the trashcan.

Doesn’t shrink much while cooking. In a 5 lbs roast, might loose 1/2 lbs to cooking. Means they have not injected water into meat for weight.

Good quality and price. I make several different types of dishes, stew, steak, fajitas, beeftips, beef brocolli... with this.
