I got this at a really great price. Made a roast. Was a better cut than what I bought at Winn Dixie. Makes a juicy roast especially if you sear first and slow cook fat up.

I always enjoy roasts from Sam's. I season them, then cook in a crock pot. They come out tender and delicious every time. They make great gravy, too.

Never had issues with Sams till we bought this roast. We cut it into 3 sections and we ate the end of the first cut. 2nd cut later we cooked it in a crock pot. We could not eat it. had a hard time cutting it and could not chew it. finally gave up.

Easy way to make taco meat in an instant pot. Trim the fat, cut in large chunks and cook 4 pounds for about 55 minutes, remove and separate with 2 forks into taco meat. Angus beef always has more flavor!

A whole quarter of the product was fat carefully hidden under the proper meat. You expect to pay for some fat with meat products that you just throw away, but not a whole chunk of it deliberately included to increase profits.

Used this to grind up with my deer meat to add some fat to the meat. Very good quality meat for the price and had just the right amount of fat to add to venison.

Excellent taste for store bought meat, slow cooked until it fell apart! Made a dinner and used other half for shredded beef tacos! Price was higher then what I buy direct from rancher was the only drawback.

This was a delicious, gorgeous hunk of meat! We made a traditional pot roast in the crock pot with potatoes, carrots & onions, and the whole family loved it!

After seasoning the roast, I cooked it in crockpot about 8 hours, shredded it and served on top of mashed potatoes. It was well received by family and vacuum sealed left overs and froze them.

A really good size and cut of meat for a crockpot roast. It was nicely trimmed so no waste or paying for scraps. Price on all grocery items still are tough.
