The Club had a number of packages to choose from, and it's rare to find a poor cut. This Bottom Round Roast was again delicious, tender, with low fat content. Good stuff!

Excellent taste for store bought meat, slow cooked until it fell apart! Made a dinner and used other half for shredded beef tacos! Price was higher then what I buy direct from rancher was the only drawback.

I waa able.to portion this purchase down to get several tasty meals from it. This greatly offset the purchaae price. The marbled flesh is just right; the fat content isn't overwhelming. The taste is fresh and delicate.

Beef for a great diet. You choose the meat as per your desire to have more or less fat. I grind the meat myself and taste the greatest hamburgers. It is great for my pasta dishes. You will not find a better quality for the price.

I always enjoy roasts from Sam's. I season them, then cook in a crock pot. They come out tender and delicious every time. They make great gravy, too.

I like to cut this meat into thin slices, then velvet it with baking soda before rinsing and stir frying. (Chinese restaurant style.) That makes it very soft and easy to chew.

I baked the roast with just a little salt and pepper to season it before putting it into the oven. It had a nice crust on the outside and was still juicy and tender inside.
