Always buy our briskets at Sam's. Great cut and great flavor!

I got the trimmed brisket and it had just the right amount of fat to make a tasty brisket I made in the oven.

This brisket cost quite a bit more bc it had been trimmed, therefore I expected it to be much more tender. It was okay but not worth the extra $$.

When I ordered this brisket I wanted at least to pay the amount I requested which was $72 that I was willing to pay. Instead I received a 3 pound brisket.

I was very disappointed when I opened the meat to find they had tucked the trimmings underneath where you couldn't see them. It's one thing if the fat is still attached but to trim it off then to tuck it back under is deception IMO.

Bought 2 of these to prepare in an Instant Pot and then shred. While a brisket with more fat would be desirable for low, slow cooking in some kind of smoker, for the pressure cooking method this was a much better cut with less exterior fat cap. Delicious flavor.

Beef Brisket was outstanding, did one half in crock pot for eight hours on low and the other half on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and placed in oven for ten hours at 300 degrees. Each brisket had either cherry coke flavored rub or a brown sugar rub. I will buy another one and and cook the same way again.

We purchased this online and picked up in the store for a company Christmas potluck. We looked at all of the options online and this one appeared to be trimmed where the others did not. However when it was picked up it was not trimmed. Picture is misleading or we received the wrong product.

Good flavor at fairly decent price per lb.

We smoked this on our grill and it was delicious, the price was good for such a big piece of meat
