Best fresh soft cheese. I wish I could get it at Sam’s on Nicholasville Rd. Why not?

It comes very soft in the center, I like the cheese more solid.

Great for grilling on a hot plate (Blackstone)

The best quesadilla cheese!! Absolutely loved it!

Very delicious cheese. It grills perfectly without losing the shape.

This is what I was looking for years. You have to try it. Really good taste.

Cheese has mold and not even "expired "

Best cheese! Good deal no after taste

Great cheese for enchiladas! Perfect salt level and great consistency.

This cheese is the best I have eaten in the USA.
